Baked Balance and Glow
I was so tired of all the problems with deliveries that people had mentioned in other reviews, so I thought I'd just order this product from Amazon to make things easier. And I have to say, the product is really fantastic! I used to always use Benefit face powder, but they stopped making it, so I've been trying to find something just as good. After lots of failed attempts, I finally found this gem and it's exactly what I've been searching for. It's a thick powder that also works as a foundation, giving me great coverage. I went for a shade slightly darker than what they suggested on their website, and it was perfect for me. When Amazon ran out of stock, I ordered straight from the brand and the delivery was quick and simple. I'm definitely going to keep using this product in the future. I absolutely adore it!

Starter kit purchase
I bought a starter kit from the website not long ago, and to be honest, I was a bit concerned because I had read a few negative reviews. But, when my order turned up just a week later and everything was in tip-top condition, I was pleasantly surprised. I've fallen head over heels for the products in the kit, and I couldn't be happier with what I got. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future. Gorgeous eyeshadow palette
I kept hearing different opinions about this eyeshadow palette, but I just couldn't help myself when I saw it popping up on my Facebook timeline so often. The reviews on Trustpilot were a bit discouraging, but the ones on Amazon were actually quite good (even though the price was a bit steep with the shipping from the US to England). Despite the doubts, I decided to go for it and I'm glad I did. The palette arrived swiftly and in great shape, and the colours are truly gorgeous. I would definitely suggest it to others.
Damaged order, poor customer service
This was my first time ordering from this company and I have to say, I'm completely let down. The package turned up in a right state, the box was wrecked and the stuff inside was unusable. I tried to email them about it but all I got back was a generic response that didn't fix the problem. Trying to sort out a return online was a nightmare, I just kept going round in circles with no end in sight. Honestly, I've never had such bad customer service and I'm so fed up with this company now.
Kit purchase
Ladies, I wouldn't bother buying anything from Laura Geller's website if I were you. It takes absolutely ages for your stuff to arrive! I ordered a kit on April 26th and then tried to cancel it on May 2nd, but all I got was a response from a stupid bot. I couldn't get hold of anyone to cancel it at all. You can easily find Laura Geller products on Sephora, Ulta, and Amazon, so why bother with their slow shipping? I finally received an email on May 5th saying it had been shipped, but I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Come on, Laura Geller, get your act together!
Make up
I've been using these makeup products for ages and they're really great! I don't get why some people are complaining about them. I never had any problems with ordering or delivery because I used to buy them from shops that have unfortunately closed. But honestly, these products are fantastic!
Eye shadow palette
I bought an eyeshadow palette from this company, and I must say it's been a nightmare. They promised a refund for a missing item but haven't bothered to get back to me at all. It's really disappointing that they can just take your money and not follow through on their end. I'm definitely going to take this further and file a claim with my bank. It's really unacceptable for a company to treat their customers this way.
Broken container
I was really excited to try out the product I ordered from this brand, but when the container arrived, it was completely smashed. I tried to contact the company to sort out the issue, but they only let you review the product, not the delivery process, which was frustrating.
Baked blush purchase
I bought a baked blush recently and was so disappointed with it. When I opened the compact, I saw that the top part of the blush had broken off, so I only had half left. Even worse, I found out that the bottom part was filled with plastic that looked like blush but was actually just filler. I've never had this happen with cosmetics before, so it really made me doubt the brand. I definitely won't be buying their products again.
Large eyeshadow kit
I recently bought this big eyeshadow palette from this brand, and I have to say I was really let down by the quality. The eyeshadows just wouldn't stick to the brush properly, so putting them on my eyelids evenly was a bit tricky. When I tried to return the palette because of this problem, I was really disappointed by the customer service I received. There was no option for me to call and speak to someone, and I didn't get a full refund or even a credit to try something else from the company. On top of that, I was asked to agree to some terms that basically meant the company could just delete or not show my review, which made me doubt the reliability of any of the reviews I had seen online.
Baked Balanced and Brighten
I was really let down by the "Baked Balanced and Brighten" product from this brand. It didn't do what it said on the tin - instead of brightening and giving my skin a glow, it actually made it look dull and flat. I tried it a few times, but every time the results were the same - not what I had hoped for. It was so annoying to spend money on something that didn't work as advertised. I definitely wouldn't suggest this product to anyone else.
Delayed order arrival
