I recently bought some contact lenses and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The lenses arrived super fast, in just 2 days, and I could track their delivery which was great. They were exactly what I needed and ordered, which is really important to me. Contact lenses purchase
I bought some contact lenses from your company not long ago and to be honest, I was really disappointed with the whole experience. The customer service was not up to scratch as they failed to replace my faulty lenses even after I had tried multiple times to sort it out. It's just not on for a company in the eyewear business to be lacking in follow-up and support like that.
Prescription coloured contact lenses
This company really went above and beyond in every way possible. I was so impressed right from the start when I placed my order, the whole process was so easy and they had such a great selection of contact lenses to choose from. The customer service was outstanding, they were really helpful in making sure I got the right prescription and colour that I wanted. The product itself was exactly what I expected, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. It's been a real struggle for me to find a reliable company for coloured contact lenses with my prescription, so I'm over the moon to have found this hidden gem. Contact lenses
I've had such a bad time with this company - I've ordered from them twice in the last two years, and let me tell you, their lenses are just terrible. They don't look up to scratch at all, and they've actually made my eyes really sore and irritated. I'm so let down by the lack of attention to quality and care they seem to have. It's obvious that all they care about is making money, not keeping their customers happy.
Recent contact lens purchase
I don't usually like to compare companies, but I've had recent dealings with two different online contact lens retailers and I wanted to share my thoughts. I've been wearing contact lenses for thirty years, so I've dealt with a lot of companies. In my opinion, Alensa and Lentiamo are completely different when it comes to customer service, efficiency, and overall experience.
Delayed order
I've never had such awful customer service before! I placed an order more than 10 days ago and it still hasn't turned up. When I got in touch with the company, they wouldn't refund me or send out another order until the courier found the original one. Can you believe it? I ended up ordering from another company and got my contacts in just 2 days. This company is a total joke.
Wrong contact lenses
Lentiamo managed to get me to buy the incorrect contact lenses that didn't work for me. When I spoke up about it, their customer service didn't handle my complaints well. They just ended up sending me a bill for the right lenses that they didn't even have available. It's so annoying!
Contacting Lentiamo, system issues
It's really frustrating trying to contact them over the phone, you know? They keep taking payments multiple times and then bombard us with emails instead of just calling us. And don't even get me started on how my contact lenses never come in a package that fits through the letterbox. Do they not have those sizes? It's just so annoying. After dealing with them, I don't think I'll be making any more orders.
Rayban sunglasses arrived on time
I recently ordered a pair of Rayban sunglasses and I was really pleased that they arrived exactly when I expected them to. The packaging was really good quality and the price was very competitive, so I felt like I got a great deal. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase.
Monthly contact lenses order
I bought some monthly contact lenses from this company recently, but it wasn't a great experience. When I ordered them, I saw that the delivery date was set for a month later on their website. I called customer service to cancel, but they told me they had only sent lenses for one eye and they never even arrived. After chasing them up and asking for a refund, I did get my money back eventually, but it was all just a big waste of time.
