I recently got these awesome solar lanterns and table lights, you know? They came really fast, but then I found out that one of the table lights was broken and one of the lanterns didn't work at all! Can you believe it? Luckily, my mum contacted customer service and they were really helpful, they sent out replacements right away. Now, we've got everything in place in the garden and it looks amazing! A big shoutout to the customer service team for sorting everything out!
Light strip for inside cabinet
The product seemed good at first - a light strip for inside my cabinet. But changing the batteries turned out to be a real pain because I had to peel the strip off the sticky pads. Those sticky pads they gave were no good at all. They kept falling off after just an hour, nearly damaging the glasses they fell on. So I was stuck deciding whether to use Gorilla sticky pads to keep the product secure, but then struggling to remove it to change the batteries. Honestly, I think the design is pretty bad and not very user-friendly.
Replacement product after 18 months
I had a bit of a problem with a product that decided to pack up after 18 months of use. It was quite annoying to deal with, but I thought I'd get in touch with customer service to see if they could help out. I was actually quite surprised to get a response back so quickly, just 2 hours after I sent my message. After showing them my proof of purchase and explaining the issue with the product, they sorted out a replacement right away and it was soon on its way to me. I was really impressed with how fast and professional the customer service team were at this company. It's not often you come across such dedication and willingness to help customers out promptly. I reckon more companies should take a leaf out of their book and make sure customer satisfaction is their top priority.
Fairy lights for outdoor use
I've been a loyal customer of this company for years, and I've always been impressed with their top-notch customer service. Recently, I bought some fairy lights for outdoors, and I was really pleased with how good they were. The website was easy to use, and they offer a really great range of products. I had to get in touch with their customer service team for some help, and Sophie was amazing! She knew what she was talking about, was really friendly, and sorted out my questions quickly. Shopping was a breeze thanks to her. If only all customer service reps were as fantastic as Sophie! I definitely recommend this company to anyone after quality products and standout customer service.
Lights for my home
I recently bought some lights for my home and I have to say, I am really pleased with how everything turned out. The lights look great and they really enhance the atmosphere in my living room. Plus, the customer service I received was top-notch. They answered all my questions quickly and made the whole ordering process super easy. Not to mention, the delivery was fast and when I had a query about one of the products, the after-sales support was fantastic. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and the service I got.
Lights broke;
The lights I bought seemed really nice at first, but they ended up breaking quite quickly because they weren't waterproof and stopped working. The folks who sold them to me were really kind and were able to fix them, so that was a relief. I'm thankful to them for that!
Malvern duo lanterns
I bought the Malvern duo lanterns and they are so gorgeous! But then, one of them wouldn't turn off (how rude), so I dropped them an email and they sorted me out with a replacement straight away. Mikyla was really quick to assist me and now my lanterns are shining happily ever after. Thank you so much!
Faulty product, good will gesture
Even though I received a faulty product that was out of warranty, I was happy with how quickly and efficiently the customer service team responded to my issue. They got back to me promptly after my first email, and their communication was excellent throughout. Although the situation wasn't ideal, I thought the gesture they made to fix the problem was fair and I really appreciated it.
Missing screws, replacement lanterns
I wasn't very happy when my lanterns arrived without the screws I needed. Luckily, the customer service team agreed to send replacements. But you won't believe it - those replacement screws went missing in the post! It was so frustrating. Thankfully, they sent a whole new set of lanterns at no extra cost. Huge thanks to Lisa for helping sort it all out!

my daughter loved it
