Lights order
I bought some lights online recently, but it's been a total nightmare. I placed my order two months ago and only got half of it, with the lights that did arrive being damaged. I've been trying to get a refund, but there's no phone number, only an email address. Every time I email, I get a different reply without them reading my previous messages. I've now got American Express involved and filed a fraud complaint to try and get my money back.
Two light fixtures.
I bought two light fixtures from this company recently and it didn't go well. I found some worrying reviews online after ordering. I emailed them straight away on a bank holiday to cancel my order, pointing out their terms saying I could get a full refund. Despite emailing multiple times, they only replied later to say my order was already on its way from China. I reminded them of their own terms and conditions, asking for a refund, but still haven't got it sorted.
Late delivery and refused return
My time with the company was really disappointing. I ordered some stuff which took ages to arrive, and when I tried to send them back as we agreed, I ran into loads of problems. At first, they suggested a discount to let me keep the things, but I said no. Then, I sent the stuff back myself, and the package ended up being returned to me because it got rejected at the address they gave. It's been a right pain and stress, so if they don't sort it out soon, I might have to take it further.
Faulty lamps
I bought some lamps from this company not so long ago, but it turns out they were faulty. When I got in touch with customer service about it, I wasn't too happy with how slowly they responded. What really got to me was that they didn't seem to believe me when I told them about the problem. They wanted to give me a replacement even though I actually got the lamps from a different seller. It's worrying that they don't seem to trust what their customers have to say, and it's left me feeling pretty disappointed with their service.
Decorative lighting fixture
I'm a customer at Lightzey and I recently bought a lovely decorative lighting fixture from them. I was really impressed by all the different options they had and how helpful the staff were in helping me find the perfect piece for my home. Ordering was easy, I got updates on my order regularly, and I thought the price was fair for the quality of the product I got.
Quick delivery, exactly as described
I was a little surprised when I found out the items were sent from overseas, but the delivery was actually really fast. The product was just like they said it would be and I was happy with it. I would definitely suggest this company to others and I'll be ordering from here again for sure.
Three lights
I bought three lights online not long ago and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole thing. The shipping took ages because they were coming from China. When the lights finally turned up, I was so disappointed with the quality - it just wasn't up to scratch. One of them was even faulty, so I had to make a complaint.
Circular ceiling lights
I'm really pleased with the circular ceiling lights I bought. They have a really modern and stylish design that gives my space a classy look. Even though I was a bit worried about the shipping and it showing multiple flights from China, the lights actually arrived pretty quickly and they were even better than I expected. They're made of really good quality metal, which makes them sturdy and adds to how good they look. I would definitely suggest these lights to anyone who wants to make their home look more stylish.
