I've just treated my daughters to two necklaces each for their 40th birthdays, and I have to say, the jewellery is truly gorgeous. Both girls were absolutely thrilled with their gifts and got loads of compliments wearing them. However, one of the necklaces unfortunately broke not long after, but when I got in touch with the company, they were really helpful and quick to sort it out. The communication was spot on, and they replaced the necklace without any fuss at all. I couldn't have asked for better service. I'd definitely suggest this brand to anyone after stunning, top-quality jewellery.
Jewellery purchase
The jewellery I bought from this company was so gorgeous. The way it was made and all the little details were amazing. When I saw the pieces in person, they were even more beautiful than they looked online. The customer service was top-notch too. I had to make a change to my order after I'd already placed it, and the person I talked to was really helpful and sorted it out straight away. Plus, the delivery was super quick, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I'm really impressed with both the products and the service of this company.
St Christopher necklace purchase in December
I bought a St Christopher necklace in December and the chain unfortunately broke. I got in touch with the company and they asked me to send it back for them to take a look. They even gave me a prepaid label for the return. Just a few days later, I got an email saying that the necklace had been fixed and polished, and was on its way back to me. I'm really impressed with how well they took care of me as a customer and how good the product is.
Cute pearl earrings
I received these lovely pearl earrings really fast, and they arrived in such a pretty box. The pearls are quite large, and they look more expensive than they actually were. I found the hoops a little tricky to put on at first, but I was able to transfer the pearls onto some other hoops I already owned. Now my granddaughter has a new set of earrings as well!
Solid cross necklace
I bought a Lily and Roo solid cross necklace 6 months ago. Lovely but very bad quality ! A little after I started wearing it, the chain opened up and I lost the cross thinking it was my mistake. But a few days after the chain opened up again and lost it. The clasp might have been defectuous... As I have no proof of the lost, they refuse to answer my message or give any kind of compensation. For a £165 necklace, that a is very disappointing service.

I'm always grateful to a friend who referred me to Lily & Roo for all jewellery needs. Nothing can be annoying than buying a jewellery product to add beauty to yourself when going out but get otherwise. I have been there and I know exactly how frustrating it could be. I would say no thanks to companies that sell fake products especially jewellery. My contact with Lilly has however changed the experience as I can now shop jewellery products with ease and peace of mind. Whether it is ring, necklace, pendants, bracelets, choker, earrings and more either for myself or loved one, I do so with pride knowing I have bought a quality product.
