They were careful and set both sofas up exactly where we wanted, polite too. One cushion was a bit squashed. Would've liked a quick call beforehand.
Finally a sofa
I was wary at first. Needed a sofa for my bad back after moving. Two blokes carried it carefully. Feels firm but comfy. They cleared boxes.
Smooth delivery team
They arrived this morning — Martin and Luke put the set together quickly, cleared all the boxes and I felt proper relieved and really pleased.
Unexpectedly smooth
Right when Pete and Martin hoisted it in, I relaxed — Alice had been brilliant with the emails. After poor service elsewhere, this was a proper relief.
Nearly walked away

Quick fix, no fuss
Bed frame broke and I wasn't expecting much, but the two blokes turned up on time with all the bits and sorted it in under an hour. Bit surprised they didn't charge me for an older bed — lovely. Not perfect (a tiny squeak remains) but overall really handy, though unlike others who billed me before.
Straightforward delivery
Needed a proper sofa for my bad back after moving house. Delivery team were straightforward — on time, cleared the old stuff and set the new one up. Quick, polite, told me how to look after it. Pleased, really.

Sorted in the end
Walked into the showroom on a rainy afternoon and spotted the sofa there, so I mentioned it to a mate. The moment I knew I was happy was at delivery — it didn’t fit through the door, they owned the mistake and organised a replacement while remaking the right one. Delivery chaps, Gareth and Lee, were quick, explained everything and cleared away the packaging, and that’s when I thought, alright, this was worth it. Aftercare’s been steady too.
Courtesy on a roasting day
The whole process felt looked after, from ordering to drop-off. The delivery two—Martin and Salish—turned up on a boiling July day, stuck in traffic for ages, but honestly they were so calm and careful getting the sofas in. Service was friendly and professional, even with hiccups. Not perfect, but I'd recommend them; maybe plan for delays in peak heat.
Sofa set purchase
The delivery service from Love Your Home, Ash and Darren, was brilliant! They phoned me before arriving and then again on their way. Even though my home had some entry problems, they dealt with it professionally and didn't let it bother them. They were not only polite and nice, but they also placed everything perfectly and even offered me some helpful advice on caring for my new sofa set. I was really impressed with their service and I would definitely use Love Your Home again.
Grace Sofa purchase
I recently bought the Grace sofa from Love Your Home and I'm so pleased with my choice. It has really transformed my living room, adding both style and comfort. The whole shopping experience was fantastic, thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff in the store. I must give a special mention to Suzanne for her outstanding help. The delivery guys, Duncan and James, were also fantastic. They were very careful and professional when delivering and setting up the sofa.

I absolutely love the chair I bought from this shop, it's really beautiful. The quality is amazing and it fits perfectly in my living room. I've shopped here a few times now and I've never been let down. The service is always fantastic, the staff are so friendly and helpful. I really love the sofa, chair, and cushions I bought from here! The customer support before buying was fantastic and they helped me choose the best pieces for my home. It was a bit of a challenge to get everything delivered, but we figured it out in the end. Oh wow, Gareth and Duncan who delivered our furniture were absolutely fantastic! They were really friendly and made sure everything was set up just right. They even went the extra mile by putting felt pads on the furniture to protect our floors - it was a lifesaver. Gavin was also really helpful when we placed our order for some fancy mohair sofas. The quality is top-notch and I am absolutely in love with everything. I would definitely recommend Love Your Home, their service is excellent from beginning to end!
