I had a brilliant time shopping at LuxuriousLook. The customer service I got from Jo was top-notch. She was quick and really helpful when I was ordering my Davine products. I was so grateful for the individualised attention and support I got. It's always a joy to shop at LuxuriousLook because of the excellent customer service they offer.
Quick Replacement
I lost my package because of Royal Mail, but LuxuriousLook was quick to help me track it down and send a replacement. Huge thanks to Jo for her fantastic assistance during this stressful situation. I am so thankful for the top-notch service.
Next day delivery
I ordered something for next day delivery but it still hasn't turned up, even though it's been a few days since I placed the order. I've been speaking to the delivery company, who are saying they haven't got the package. When I contacted the company I bought it from, they said I'll only get my money back if the delivery company admits they lost it. It's annoying going back and forth like this, especially since it's been 5 days since I bought it and I haven't received it yet. I got the same thing from Amazon and it arrived quickly without any problems. If I don't get my refund soon, I'll have to take it up with my bank to sort out the payment.
First order, fast delivery
I recently ordered from this place for the first time and my order arrived really quickly! I placed the order on the 28th of December and it was delivered on the 30th without any additional cost for express shipping. It was a pleasant surprise, especially during the busy Christmas period. They offer a wide range of cool products, so I will definitely be ordering from them again.
Quick response and delivery
I ordered something, but it didn't arrive because the delivery guy made a mistake. However, Jo sorted it out really quickly, and I received my stuff promptly. I'm really impressed with how kind Jo was and how much they care about customer satisfaction. They really go above and beyond to assist. I'm definitely going to continue buying my hair products from this place.
Quick Restocking Order
I had to quickly order some things I needed to restock on. As I was looking on the website, I saw they were offering a free gift if I spent a certain amount. I applied the code for the offer, but then it asked for another code. Feeling a bit lost, I tried a different code, and sadly, the gift disappeared from my cart. I immediately sent an email to the customer service team to ask about what happened. Surprisingly, I got a really helpful response just 2 minutes later! They explained that only one code could be used at a time and that unfortunately, the gift offer was no longer valid because I used a different code.
