Hair product purchase
I recently bought some hair products from this shop and I have to say, I was pretty impressed with their service. One thing that really stood out to me was the fact that it's a family-run business, which I think gives it a nice personal touch. I also liked that they use environmentally friendly packaging, showing their commitment to sustainability. The delivery was quick too, my order arrived within a day or two through Royal Mail. However, I did have a problem with the pump on the hair serum I bought. But when I contacted customer service via email, Jo was really helpful and quickly sorted it out for me. I was happy with how it was handled. All in all, I would definitely think about coming back as a customer in the future.
Moma shampoo overseas purchase
Oh, I can't believe it! I bought the Moma shampoo for my daughter, who is dealing with acne and using roaccutane. Let me tell you, this shampoo has been a real game-changer for her. Her skin is so dry right now, and this shampoo is super hydrating. The delivery didn't quite go as planned though - the driver left it at a drop off point instead of shipping it overseas like I asked. But when I got in touch with the company, they really pulled out all the stops. They actually hand-delivered it to my preferred delivery service! That's what I call top-notch service. I'm really impressed by how far they went to make sure their customers are happy. Big thanks for the outstanding service!
Quick Restocking Order
I had to quickly order some things I needed to restock on. As I was looking on the website, I saw they were offering a free gift if I spent a certain amount. I applied the code for the offer, but then it asked for another code. Feeling a bit lost, I tried a different code, and sadly, the gift disappeared from my cart. I immediately sent an email to the customer service team to ask about what happened. Surprisingly, I got a really helpful response just 2 minutes later! They explained that only one code could be used at a time and that unfortunately, the gift offer was no longer valid because I used a different code.
Hair care products
My time with LuxuriousLook has been absolutely amazing. I've had a tough time with my hair because of some health problems, but their stuff has really changed everything for me. The products they've got are fantastic, plus their prices are fair and you can even pay in bits through Klarna, which makes it all much more doable. The things I bought were top-notch, they got here quickly, and my hair's never been this great. I'm definitely sticking with LuxuriousLook and I reckon anyone after great hair stuff should check them out.

I really love my Milkshake shampoo and conditioner! Every time I use them to wash my hair, it feels like I've just come back from the salon. My Christmas order came, and I was gutted to see the conditioner had leaked all over my other stuff. I got in touch with Luxurious Look, and they were dead quick to sort it out, sending a replacement straight away. I got the new one today, and they even sent a nice email apologising. Their top-notch service has made me a fan, and I'll definitely be sticking with them in the future.

The customer service at this small business is absolutely fantastic. I recently bought some haircare products and used a code for a free gift set. At the checkout, I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me £5 off if I spent over £50. But, by using this discount, it accidentally removed the £75 gift set I had chosen. Luckily, Jo quickly sorted it out for me, making sure I got both the discount and the gift set. Next day delivery
I ordered something for next day delivery but it still hasn't turned up, even though it's been a few days since I placed the order. I've been speaking to the delivery company, who are saying they haven't got the package. When I contacted the company I bought it from, they said I'll only get my money back if the delivery company admits they lost it. It's annoying going back and forth like this, especially since it's been 5 days since I bought it and I haven't received it yet. I got the same thing from Amazon and it arrived quickly without any problems. If I don't get my refund soon, I'll have to take it up with my bank to sort out the payment.
