Spanner set
I recently got a really cool spanner set from this place, and it arrived right on schedule. Can you believe it though? One of the spanners was actually faulty right out of the box. Luckily, the customer service team were absolutely brilliant. They sorted it all out for me and sent a replacement. I'm so grateful for their help!

I recently bought some workwear for my brickie son as a Christmas pressie from this company, and I have to say, the quality is top-notch. When it comes to getting a refund, they just don't bother responding. It's like they're a bunch of thieves! I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping there at all. Who wants to deal with a company that doesn't even respect their customers' rights, right?
