Pair of steel toe cap work boots
I bought my son a pair of steel toe cap work boots not long ago. They came quickly, but sadly they were too big. I sent them back and asked for a smaller size. However, it's been more than 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything about my replacement boots. I'm feeling frustrated and let down by the lack of communication.
