Pair of steel toe cap work boots
I bought my son a pair of steel toe cap work boots not long ago. They came quickly, but sadly they were too big. I sent them back and asked for a smaller size. However, it's been more than 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything about my replacement boots. I'm feeling frustrated and let down by the lack of communication.

This is the second time I've had problems with their products. The first time, I bought a new item that didn't work when I took it out of the box. Then, when I called to tell them about the issue, they asked if I had put the battery into a unit I got without any packaging. I thought this was a bit rude. Luckily, they gave me a refund quickly, but I had to buy a replacement from a different shop.
Awesome tools for my dad
I recently got my dad some great tools from this shop. They were top-notch quality and the prices were fair. However, we had a real nightmare with the delivery. The tracking information from Royal Mail was so unreliable, it was annoyingly slow for the tools to reach us. It was quite disappointing, to be honest.
Half order delayed
I ordered something at the end of March and they told me half of it wouldn't be ready until the 22nd of March. But since then, I haven't heard anything from them at all. My emails have been ignored and whenever I call, I just get a message saying no one's around to talk. It feels like they've taken my money and left me hanging with no idea about my order. The service is absolutely terrible!

LED festoon lights
