    Almost cover all the magazines..just order

    I ordered a 3 month subscription for a relative practical fishkeeping it was due to begin in August but no magazine has been received .
    I don't have the order number so how can I check what is happening or it's whereabouts ?

    3 childrens magazine subscriptions

    I placed the orders on 12/12/20 and although a bit of a delay with 2 of them it is the 3rd one that is causing the most problems. I ordered ChickaDEE for my 6 year old grandchild. After a number of emails, as of today I have requested a refund as they still cannot give me a delivery date. They say its 10-12weeks from ordering before they can deliver!!! Also I am also being told postal deliveries are delayed due to Covid 19.......! I had to individually contact the magazines myself.....on contacting magazine.co.uk themselves I had no answer to 2 emails I sent despite them being the ones the monies were paid too.

    Should have read the Trustpilot reviews which are awful. Ordered October. Chased up early December. Couldn't find my details. When I sent them they said magazine would be received January. No explanation. No apology. Magazine UK take no responsibility for holding these people to account - immediately pass you on to fight your case with the mags directly. Never again!

Unfortunately, National Geographic can take up to 3 months to set up your subscription due to their international print runs. This is, unfortunately, the case with all retailers that offer subscriptions to National Geographic, including when ordering directly from the publisher.
