I popped into a jewellery shop in the Fenchurch St area to pick up a diamond necklace recently, and I have to say, the service I got was top-notch. As soon as I walked in, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Sam, in particular, went out of his way to make me feel welcome and important. Not only did he help me find the ideal necklace, but he also gave me some great advice and info about the product. The whole shopping trip was smooth and pleasant, all thanks to the knowledgeable and helpful staff.
High-end watches purchase
I bought a couple of fancy watches from this shop not long ago and I have to say, the staff were really clued up and gave top-notch customer service. They really made an effort to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and even looked after my kids while I was browsing. The new shop layout is great and I can't fault my shopping experience one bit. I'll definitely be going back there again.

I bought a watch recently, but it didn't go as smoothly as I'd hoped. Supposed to arrive in a week, but it got delayed for quality checks. It took 10 days in total to arrive, only to see scratches on the bracelet. Had to keep asking for updates instead of being told automatically.

I recently popped into your store to pick up a new watch and ended up getting helped out by a lovely sales assistant called Brooke. She was really patient and knew her stuff. Brooke took the time to find me just the right watch and was able to answer all my questions without any bother. Her customer service was top-notch and made my shopping trip a really good one. FOPE jewellery purchase
I popped into this jewellery shop in York and the two folks working there, Xavier and Tara, were absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful! They assisted me in choosing out some gorgeous FOPE jewellery and really made the whole process enjoyable. Xavier was quite knowledgeable about the brand, and Tara was just so warm and welcoming. We ended up going to the shop three times, and each visit they were just as fantastic. I'm really looking forward to returning (especially if my mum decides she wants to get something to match me)!

Not sure about though, about the brand.
After bit of research, getting inisghts,I must say, was pretty impressed. They have beautiful designs and variety to offer, yet with authentic quality and preceding reputation, hard to find such combination.
