I was halfway through the checkout and then started worrying about the glass thickness — I’d missed the tiny measurement on the photo. I messaged them and, fairly quickly, got an email back confirming the size, which eased that first worry. Ordered three mirrors with an eBay discount and kept fretting about stock and delivery after reading bits online, but the parcel turned up on time and everything looked like the photos. Hung them up that evening; they’re solid, no wobble, and the finish is better than I’d expected. So yeah, happy I went for it — my doubts mostly vanished and I’m pleased with how it all worked out.
Big wall, small worries
Standing in the hallway with an empty wall, I almost talked myself out of ordering a large mirror. Found the same piece cheaper at Mirror Outlet and that saved me about £80, which eased one worry. I did wonder about quality and whether it would actually fit through the door. Customer service answered my panicked emails quickly and the delivery window was updated by email. The driver was patient and ended up being my reluctant lifting partner because my hands are useless for heavy stuff. I hung it up that evening. First look — gorgeous, very well made, proper wow moment, I may have got a bit teary. Doubts mostly gone now. Would recommend to friends and family.
Mirror mess — avoid if you can
Not worth it — I lost money and got nowhere. I first saw these guys on a Facebook ad and because it seemed fine I told a mate about the deal, who then said “go on then” — my bad. I paid via PayPal about ten days ago, rang a few times and kept being fed different lines. One bloke called Anthony kept saying the payment hadn’t cleared, then suddenly it had and delivery would be within days. Rang the courier today and they’d had no booking from Mirror Outlet. Now I’m out £139 with no parcel, they’ve blocked me on chat and customer service argued back over email for hours. I’ll be reporting it to Trading Standards and may take it to small claims. Proper annoying and stressful.
Half-unwrapped shock
either smashed before packaging or squashed in transit, the glass was literally coming out of the protective wrap. I sent photos straight away, called, messaged, and waited. Three weeks of silence and then a slow reply saying they only had an image of broken glass and that they wouldn’t do anything until it was collected. With kids under five I wasn’t leaving a big, damaged mirror lying about. Customer service was unhelpful and slow, and now I’m looking at legal advice because it’s gone far enough.
Not what I expected, but sorted in the end
I spotted this on B&Q’s website after a mate mentioned it, and I thought, yeah, that’ll do. Delivery was actually bang on time, which I loved — everything arrived neat and not damaged. So when I tried to return one item that was unused and within the return window, I was surprised when Mirror Outlet refused it because I’d thrown the original box away. At first I was a bit wary and annoyed, to be honest, thinking “really?” The rep I spoke to at Mirror Outlet came across a bit brusque and unhelpful, which didn’t help. But B&Q’s customer service stepped in and were properly helpful, nudging the supplier to accept the return in different packaging. That switch from sceptical to relieved was nice — I kept worrying it’d be a fight, but B&Q made it straightforward in the end. So, delivery and B&Q’s support get big thumbs up, Mirror Outlet’s return policy/attitude less so. I’ve told a couple of friends about the good delivery and service, but warned them about being careful with packaging if dealing with that supplier.
Mirror fixings needed
Mirroroutlet didn't send the right fixings for my mirror twice, even though they said they did. I live in an easy-to-reach spot and haven't had problems like this with other suppliers. They did give me a refund, but they didn't respond when I asked for info on how to complain.
Big Mirror
The mirror I ordered was massive, but when it arrived, it was all smashed up, like a million pieces of glass. I got in touch with them, and they basically just said to chuck it in the bin. So now I'm stuck with this useless huge mirror with glass poking out all over the place. Honestly, they're the worst company I've ever dealt with!

I bought this big mirror from a company recently, but the service I got was rubbish. The mirror was all smashed up when it arrived, and when I got in touch with customer service to sort out a return, they said I'd have to wait two weeks for a courier to collect the broken mirror and then even longer for a refund. On top of that, the person I spoke to in customer service didn't show any care or concern for the problem, and even told me not to mention it again. Completely unacceptable and shocking customer service.
Large mirror purchase
I bought a big mirror from this place, but after only 6 months, it's already bending and looks like it's going to fall to the floor. When we asked for help, they said no and told us it's been over 6 months. The product is not great, and their customer service is terrible. Do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else.
Extra Large Antique Silver Italian wood Framed mirror 203 x 142cm
I'm a customer at Mirror Outlet and recently bought the Extra Large Antique Silver Italian wood Framed mirror that's 203 x 142cm. I searched for ages to find a mirror of this size and quality that didn't break the bank, so I was chuffed when I came across this one. Ordering it was a breeze, no issues at all. The delivery was super quick, even faster than I thought it would be. The mirror itself is top-notch, sturdy and the real wood finish is lovely. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Mirror Outlet to anyone looking for something similar.

I recently bought a mirror from this store and I was happy with how it looked at first. But, less than 8 months later, I noticed that the frame was starting to rust between the top front and back parts. I got in touch with the store about it and I was pretty disappointed with their response. They said that because we have 4 seasons in our country, the mirror needs some special treatment to keep it looking good, and that products kept outside might need some maintenance. This was different from what their website said, which claimed the mirror could handle all kinds of weather. Apparently, rain doesn't count as "all kinds of weather" to them! It's frustrating that they didn't stick to what they advertised about the mirror being durable and instead blamed things that customers can't control. Also, I noticed that the "Be the first to review this product" link on their website doesn't work, which is a bit worrying.
Wall mirror
I recently bought a wall mirror from this online shop, and it's been a total nightmare. The customer service has been awful, with one of their reps giving me wrong info about my payment and delivery. Despite their assurances of a speedy delivery, I still haven't got my mirror after days. The company's lack of communication and honesty has really let me down. I'm starting to think about taking things further to sort out this mess.
Large bevelled bathroom mirror
Mirror Outlet were really great to work with. Their specialist logistics company delivered the mirror super quickly to central London. The mirror came without any packaging, which was actually a good thing as it saved on waste and meant the mirror arrived in perfect condition. The driver gave me a call beforehand and I could even see where the van was in real time. You have to be really careful with the mirror as it's thin glass, but with two of us, we managed to get it up to the fourth floor without any issues. Overall, Mirror Outlet gave me an amazing mirror at a really good price. I would definitely recommend their services.
Huge mirror for cheap
Oh my gosh, I've just found this huge mirror for a really good deal after weeks of looking! It's 6ft7 by 4ft7 and only £215 with delivery included. The mirror is stunning, I'm so pleased with it. The delivery was really fast, only took a week, and the delivery driver was really friendly. The mirror was packaged well and surprisingly light, which made it much easier to carry up the stairs.

I bought a big mirror from this place recently. They wouldn't deliver it because they said I had to be able to carry heavy stuff over 8 stone. They told me, as a woman, I had to carry a 7ft mirror to my home, which is just unfair and wrong. I'm really upset and I'm going to take legal action against them for being discriminatory. I recommend others steer clear of this place. On top of everything, they took my money and didn't deliver the mirror twice, leaving me £460 out of pocket.

Vintage Leaner Mirror
Wow, you won't believe it, but I just bought the biggest mirror I have ever seen and it's absolutely gorgeous! I mean, it's honestly stunning. It fits perfectly where I wanted it, and it's massive at 203x142cm. The price was amazing too, such a bargain! It arrived really quickly, like within a week. The delivery guy, Bob or something, was really lovely and kept us informed about his arrival time. He even mentioned that I would need to help carry it down the driveway because it was so huge, but I was totally prepared for that. The only issue is that there are a few hairline fractures in the frame. It's a bit annoying that it's a bit delicate in those corners, and there are two other corners that seem like they might start cracking as well. However, it's not really bad enough for me to contact them about it.
Hanging and lean-to mirrors
I honestly don't get why some people have been leaving bad reviews about this retailer. My own experience with them has been brilliant every time. I've bought three big mirrors from them in the last year and a half - one was a hanging mirror and the other two were 'lean-to' mirrors. Every single time, the price was good, the quality of the mirrors was top-notch, and the customer service was amazing. I'm not one to dish out five-star reviews willy-nilly, but this retailer really earned it.
