I bought a garden mirror from this shop and I was really disappointed to find out that it began to rust after just 9 months of being outside in my garden, in a sheltered spot. The customer service team's reply was not great, as they basically suggested it was my fault for not putting it in an even more sheltered area. I was disappointed with how little they seemed to care about fixing the problem and making sure I was happy as a customer. I would definitely recommend others to explore different choices when searching for garden mirrors.
Mirror Glass sheets for my home gym
I bought some Mirror Glass sheets for my home gym from this store not long ago. Ordering them was really simple and I got them delivered in perfect condition within just 5 days. The delivery was fast and everything was well packaged so the mirrors arrived safely. The quality of the mirrors is top-notch and they look fantastic in my home gym. Big mirror
I got this massive mirror the other day, and the delivery bloke kindly lugged it up the stairs for me. It was a bit of a mission, but he mentioned I could return it for free if I couldn't handle it. Managed to get it up there solo in the end, and I'm absolutely chuffed with how it looks!
Wall Mirror Purchase
I recently bought a wall mirror from this shop and the whole thing was a total nightmare. The delivery guys were no help at all and just left the mirror downstairs, even though I specifically asked for it to be brought inside. When I finally got it into my flat, I noticed scratches on the mirror and a strong smell of cheap paint that was really strong. I have health issues, especially with my chest because of long covid, so this was a big worry for me. I had to sleep on the sofa because the smell was too much for my bedroom. I got in touch with customer service about the delivery problem, the paint smell, the scratches on the mirror, and the health issues it was causing. Unfortunately, all I got back was a couple of emails that didn't sort out any of my worries. Even though I gave them time to fix things, nothing happened and the mirror is still sitting in my kitchen. I'm really let down by this shop and I can't understand how they have good reviews on their site after what happened to me.
Extra-large lean-to mirror
I recently bought a really big lean-to mirror from this shop and unfortunately, it arrived all banged up from being transported. But I have to say, the customer service I got from David was brilliant. He really went out of his way to fix things by making sure a new mirror was sent out quickly and the damaged one was picked up without any fuss. The way they kept me in the loop with emails from the delivery company and updates on when it would arrive was really impressive. Thanks to David and the team at this shop, I now have a lovely mirror in my living room. They were efficient and professional, and I'm really happy with the service I received.
