Quick and easy tyre purchase
I found the perfect tyres easily and had a great selection to choose from. Paying with PayPal was really simple and the delivery was super quick.
Tyre purchase
So, I received my tyres and they were absolutely fine. They arrived just a day later than expected, but that was fine as the communication was good. Overall, it was a positive experience.
Tyre size and brand mix-up
I recently bought some tyres from this company, but they ended up sending me the wrong size and brand. Even though they tried to fix the mistake, it wasn't sorted out properly. What's more, it took them a whole two months to finally deliver the right tyres, and by then, I was away on holiday. All in all, it was a really disappointing and inconvenient experience.
Very delayed delivery
I had a really frustrating experience with My Tyres. I paid for my order straightaway, but nearly three weeks passed and still no sign of the tyre I ordered. I called the garage it was meant to be delivered to, and they had the tyre but no way of getting in touch with me. My Tyres didn't keep me in the loop at all, causing so much confusion and bother. The garage couldn't fit the tyre because they didn't have any payment info, even though they had the tyre. Customer service didn't help when the garage tried to reach them, because they needed a customer number to talk about it. When I got in touch myself, they sent me to a web chat for help. The whole thing was a mess and left me feeling really upset and let down.
I bought 2 tyres that no one else had!
I was really chuffed to finally track down the tyres I needed, as I had searched all over the UK without any luck. The website was dead simple to use when I placed my order, and the tyres showed up right on schedule as promised. I'll definitely be coming back to this site in the future!
Wrong tyres sent, delayed resolution
I recently had a bit of a bad time with mytyres. I ordered a set of tyres for my son on the 15th of April, but when they finally arrived on the 24th of May, they were actually the wrong ones. Dealing with customer service was a real hassle because they only got back to me after I opened a dispute through PayPal. It took them a whole month from when I first made the order to come and collect the wrong tyres. All in all, it was pretty frustrating and took up a lot of my time, and now I don't have the best opinion of their efficiency and service as a company.

They quoted fast delivery but after having placed my order, I got an email a few days later stating that they had been dispatched and would take a further 11 days to arrive. On the scheduled date of delivery, I called and they said that they were in customs! They don't tell you that they are dispatched from Germany! I cancelled my order and am awaiting a refund.
Motorcycle tyre
I ordered a tyre and paid with PayPal. I received an email saying it had been sent to the supplier, after 4 days I received another email stating that due to courier problems my delivery may take 3 or 4 days longer. I then received a further email saying that they didn’t have my tyre after all and offered me an alternative, which is of no use to me.
Which proves there was no truth in what they said. I do not recommend this company.mytyers
I ordered a set of tires, after three weeks they have not even been sent. I called and Heard that they will be here next week yet still haven’t arrived. I called again that I cant anymore so I canceled my order. They now don’t want to return my money so I dont recommend

delivery date came and went, emailed to be told it was the courier companys fault they were delayed so contacted courier to be told they cant deliver what they dont have, emailed mytyres again for them to change the story again to say there was a hold up at customes so they couldnt give me a delivery date, just lies and excuses this is the 2nd time i have had this happen to me from mytyres and it was the same last time lies and excuses its always some one elses fault, once they have your money they do not care.

Advertises as in OXFORD UK turns out this is a lie and they ship from everywhere in Europe and do not make it clear that delivery is unto 2 weeks !! when questioned they state its in theres terms and conditions ...... HIDDEN AWAY on another section !!! buyer beware don't use this company and there appealing sales tactics !! when confronted it took 35 days to get a refund !!! stay clear spend your hard earned elsewhere please

Ordered 13th August. I got an email saying delivery of tyres was delayed on 18th August. That was the last time I heard from them. Today is 16th September. Draw your own conclusions. Will try to get a refund now...
Michelin city grip 2 rear tyre
Got correct tyre, just arrived, but ordered it 2 weeks ago, so if u are intended u use them take that into account if u need them urgently as they are based in Germany

AVOID, won't accept Barclaycard, used PayPal, no tyres sent, DPD have not received parcel, fraudulent company, are German based not UK as stated in adds, now have a battle to try and get monies returned, shame were a good company prior to Brexit, we go to war with the Germans yet again,

fraudsters, pullers and thieves, I paid online for 4 tires which should be delivered within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, there was still no shipment so I resigned from their services, I received an e-mail that on the second day there will be a refund of 430 pounds that I paid .. After 4 weeks and my car is still running on old tires and my account has not received the money I paid almost a month ago to a company whose name suggests that there is an English company and that is a bush company

Pricing is good, ordering is quite straightforward, however delivery is hopeless. Ordered tyre 11th June 2021, suggested delivery 21st June 2021. Received tracking number for DPD, Tracking info says we have your order details but have not received your item. No update since 11th June. Contacted mytyres and my order number does not relate to my post code. Had online chat with the my tyres team, said oh its showing the same error on my screen, then advised my order was held up at customs. I still await my tyre. Prior to Brexit this company were brilliant that's why I used them. Doubtful I will get my tyre in my opinion.

Received faulty tyre that took 3 days to get dispatch start from mytyres team. Frustrating thing is they take further five days to deliver. original order I received in 24hr but now as its replacement that took 9 days. My ca MOT failed is outside garage. Pay little more and AVOID mytyre - highly recommended to avoid. Dissapointment
Slow Delivery and Impossible Returns - Very Poor Service
I only ever write positive reviews, BUT I am compelled to warn people about my dreadful experience with this company after ordering a complete set of 4 Goodyear run-flats for our 4x4.
I placed the order on 5th Sept18 then received an email on 6th Sept saying delivery would be 12th Sept18.
Unfortunately we were leaving for our journey to get married on 10 Sept18 so immediately cancelled the order.
I was told to ensure the garage refuse the delivery as the dispatch process had been initiated. We contacted the garage and they rejected the delivery, but a week later the tyres we re-delivered.
When we returned from our wedding we tried to arrange collection of the tyres from the garage and this went on for around 6 weeks talking to different agents and even the courier company to align opening times with collection 8am - 6pm. Eventually only 2 tyres were collected, the larger rear tyres but not the narrow 2 front tyres.
We continued to contact the agents and we eventually received two emails on the 13th and 14th of November 2018 stating all tyres were collected and refunds were issued to the payment card.
I thought this was the end of the matter....
The following year on the 2nd January2019 I received emails with a new order number for the 2 front tyres, I questioned this and was told we had not provided any proof of the courier collection so the tyres could not be traced, although the system showed a collection.
I visited the garage and they said they would look into it for me, but they could not find a collection receipt. We were then sent a reminder and 2 weeks later a final reminder with a threat of debt collection for the funds.
This was now the 29th January 2019, We were at a loss what to do and were advised to just pay the invoice and accept the loss due to the elapsed time. So we paid the invoice including a £5 additional reminder charge on 2nd February 2019. I visited the garage and asked them to check their CCTV footage, but no evidence of the collection but they did find evidence of the tyres in their collection bay and a day later found the 2 tyres. We collected the tyres and took them home and contacted the company for a collection from our home address so that we could get a collection receipt, as we had now sold our 4x4 vehicle.
The agent emailed back and stated we don't make collections over 30 days..... So we now have a Nice pair of unwanted Goodyear run-flats R19x235x40.
The sad thing is this used to be a great little company based out of Whitney Oxfordshire, but since its take over by a German company it has completely lost its sense of customer service.
