shocking service ,ordered a spool of monofilament which took over 5 days to come, reel line wasn't even sealed properly was peeling off the spool, didnt even spell my name properly on the parcel, left instructions to be left in back garden shed if no one home which was obviously ignored. Apart from their prices being pretty reasonable let's just say I'm not impressed north east tackle

Delivery was delayed by extenuating circumstances mainly Covid 19 but everything I ordered turned up on time or within a day or two

Ordered my son a set of vass junior waders for his birthday . Two days after purchase there website changed to a no shipping notice due to covid 19 . No contact from the shop , no offer of refund and explanation why they took payment .So far I’ve waited 34 days with no contact from the shop , not even a email .
Tried calling shop today as they should be open and no answer , cannot afford to buy another set for my son unless I have a refund.
The worst tackle shop and the worst customer service I’ve ever had !!!

Penn fishing reel
Ordered the reel after viewing great deal on website Then observed some negative reviews After three days had not revived an email re delivery Called North East Tackle spoke with the young fellow in shop he reassured me that l would have the reel in 3days Reel arrived on time well packaged So all in all am happy with the saving and the reel
always found nets at seaham to be spot on with help and advice on any type of tackle you wish to purchase the shop is very well stocked.

They advertise that items are in stock. You order. They take your money. Nothing arrives so you email and query. They reply saying they are waiting on a new supply. You wait untill they decide to get you your order then you get it after waiting weeks. Three of us all had the same thing happen and no amount of complaints get them to hurry. The last instance they refunded when they were told a complaint was going to be made to PayPal. I'm guessing what they do is take orders, have your money sat in their account and once a month they order all the stuff their customers want from their suppliers then when they receive the items they then post on to us customers. You can save money buying from them but I think it would be more honest if at the point of ordering they don't state that items are in stock and should instead explain the long wait that will ensue
Late delivery ,but quick to take money
5 feb ordered bits,2 weeks later told soon has bits come in will send fair enough, monday 12 march after a dirty email.we have sent your parcel,if u r not in a hurry for your tackle use .

Yet another on-line company that persists in advertising stock for sale that they don't have. I have had several orders now that they have only partially completed. Even after cancelling my orders they are still advertising the same stock for sale that they clearly do not have. Is this practice illegal? If not it should be.
