Fishing tackle purchase
I've been fishing for quite some time now, and I've bought a fair bit of gear from North East Tackle Supplies. Every time, I've been really impressed with how efficient and professional they are. Whether it's high-quality rods, general tackle, reels, or luggage, NETS always gives me a great experience.
One time, I put in an order on a Friday morning at around 11 am. I was shocked when, within just 5 minutes, they confirmed my order and sent it out. I thought I'd have to wait until Monday for it to arrive, but it actually came on Saturday morning. The delivery was fully tracked with a specific time slot, and the packaging was really solid. My Century rod made it to me safe and sound.
I like the fact that they pack everything into fewer boxes, cutting down on waste. Sometimes, my cautious side made me wonder if they'd missed something, but NETS always makes sure to include everything I've ordered. Savage gear power game rod 50g 100g
I bought the Savage gear power game rod in the 50g to 100g range from North East Tackle Supplies recently, and I have to say I'm really impressed with both the rod and the service I received from the company. They delivered the rod quickly and in perfect condition, all set for my next fishing trip. I love fishing, so I'm excited to try out this new rod and see if I can catch some big pike with it. Thermo suit
I ordered a large oceanic thermo suit after getting a good price online for it. Arrived within 2 days of purchase but was too large for me. After speaking to one of their helpful customer assistants at the hartlepool store, explained my issue he was more than happy to exchange the product for me to a medium. After sending the product back within 2 days I recieved my new thermo suit. Delivery, staff, price and quality of product was all 5 star. I will be purchasing from your website in the future
Fishing rod purchase
I wouldn't bother with this company if I were you! I bought a fishing rod they said was in stock for next day delivery, but it turned out a week later they didn't even have it and said it would take "a few weeks". So I went to Veals instead, and they were great - constantly updating me and delivering the next day. Seems like this company is just taking orders they can't handle, which isn't fair.
Fishing equipment purchase
I recently bought some fishing gear from this online shop and it was a total nightmare. The website showed things that weren't even in stock, tempting people with low prices. When I asked about my order, they ignored me completely. It looks like they don't have anything in stock and just want to trick people. I had to open a dispute on PayPal to get my money back because they were taking too long to refund me. It's been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I recommend checking out all the reviews of this company before buying anything.

The customer service at North East Tackle Supplies is really great! I sent them an email with a query about my order and got a response in just 2 hours. They told me one of the things I wanted was out of stock, but they let me know straight away and I could change my order without any bother. The really good thing is they do next day delivery, even to Northern Ireland! Don't let any negative reviews put you off, I'll definitely be back for more fishing gear in the future.

I have to admit, I made the mistake of giving this company another chance after a really bad experience in the past. However, this time around, I was actually quite pleasantly surprised! The service I received was top-notch, the delivery arrived in a reasonably quick time, and the pricing was honestly the best I could find out there for what I purchased. Ordered the reel after viewing great deal on website Then observed some negative reviews After three days had not revived an email re delivery Called North East Tackle spoke with the young fellow in shop he reassured me that l would have the reel in 3days Reel arrived on time well packaged So all in all am happy with the saving and the reel
