panoxyl face wash
i ordered a panoxyl face wash from here to clear up acne i am very insecure about. i heard this was a really good product so i bought it from this website as this is one of the only websites that offer this product in the uk. i was so excited when it came but when i opened it up and had a further look the bottle was half full and i could very clearly tell this was a fake lookalike. this is VERY dangerous and can be harmful to skin as the ingredients are untrue on the bottle. this can cause very serious problems. i got a chemical burn from this product. i have tried contacting customer service although i haven’t heard anything. i would like a refund. don’t bother with this store.

Outsunny Single Sun Lounger
I've not heard of OnBuy.com before, but came across them whilst searing for a garden sun lounger. I was a little nervous to place an order because unfortunately all you hear about are the scams & cheats that seems to dominate the web and so was mindful placing my first order.
BUT my order was processed straight away and I received the lounger very quickly within 5 working days.
The lounger was well packaged.
My only complaint is that the large box was left on my doorstep as I wasn't at home. I didn't get any notification to say it was arriving. I didn't get any notification that it had been delivered. I was lucky it wasn't stolen from my doorstep.

This is my second purchase on this site . Like others I was not sure about it ,but after a little research and the reassurance of making the purchases with PayPal, I've made my orders . It is a UK company which pays UK taxes unlike other wellknown companies. They have not disappointed me either . Both orders I have made arrived very quick with no problems ,they were both from companies I'd never come across before which does make me uneasy, but they have not disappointed me. Prices were competitive also so very pleased all round would use again, and would recommend also with no hesitation
