Catsan 4 Pack Cat Litter
Ordering clearly showed a "4 pack" of cat litter in both title and photo. Delivery was swift but only of a "2 pack" of litter. Only response is "Sorry we cannot fulfil your order because of the issues mentioned." Buy from OnBuy and Pay Twice as Much. I'm not doing that again!

panoxyl face wash
i ordered a panoxyl face wash from here to clear up acne i am very insecure about. i heard this was a really good product so i bought it from this website as this is one of the only websites that offer this product in the uk. i was so excited when it came but when i opened it up and had a further look the bottle was half full and i could very clearly tell this was a fake lookalike. this is VERY dangerous and can be harmful to skin as the ingredients are untrue on the bottle. this can cause very serious problems. i got a chemical burn from this product. i have tried contacting customer service although i haven’t heard anything. i would like a refund. don’t bother with this store.

Outsunny Single Sun Lounger
I've not heard of OnBuy.com before, but came across them whilst searing for a garden sun lounger. I was a little nervous to place an order because unfortunately all you hear about are the scams & cheats that seems to dominate the web and so was mindful placing my first order.
BUT my order was processed straight away and I received the lounger very quickly within 5 working days.
The lounger was well packaged.
My only complaint is that the large box was left on my doorstep as I wasn't at home. I didn't get any notification to say it was arriving. I didn't get any notification that it had been delivered. I was lucky it wasn't stolen from my doorstep.
I would buy from OnBuy.com again.Metal Detector
