Quick and diverse product range
I was really impressed with all the different products they have on the website. It's great that they have everything I need all in one place, it's so convenient. But I have to say, I did find the website layout a bit confusing at first and I had some trouble figuring out how to get around it.

I recently bought a men's cologne from this shop and I have to say I'm really happy with how it went. The price for the product I got was amazing because it was on sale. Ordering was easy, I didn't have any problems at all. My purchase arrived quickly, just 2 days after I ordered it, which was great. The service from this shop was really top-notch, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I bought a vacuum part from this online marketplace not long ago and I have to say, I was really happy with how it all went. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service about this missing item, but it's been a bit of a nightmare. The links they gave for reaching customer service are no help at all, and I keep getting the same useless replies. No matter how many times I've asked about my order, I still haven't gotten a proper answer.
Small patio furniture
Why bother shopping around when you can just buy from here? The delivery was really fast and the seller kept me updated throughout the whole process. The furniture size was spot on for my small patio. Great value for money, couldn't find anything better elsewhere.

As someone who shops online a lot, I always look for a smooth ordering experience and good service. OnBuy definitely delivered on that. The whole process of placing an order was really easy and trouble-free, so I had no problems finding what I wanted on their website. The item I bought was delivered in good condition and on time, just like they said it would be. I was happy with the product and how the whole shopping trip went. I'll definitely keep OnBuy in mind next time I need to buy something online.
Ordered a buy, dissapointed
I ordered something but the seller kept delaying and making excuses. I had to keep messaging them for updates until I finally asked for a refund because I wasn't going to wait any longer for my item.
Onbay are scammers who just want to rob you of your time and money.
Onbuy owes me £500 in compensation for the time I wasted listing 460 products. This company canceled my sales account causing me financial loss. Furthermore, this company owes me £200 for the time lost due to red tape. Even though I met their conditions (company documents, positive reviews, proof of product ownership, etc.), they did not allow me to sell with them. In addition, this company robed me off from the £22.80 I paid them for "selling rights" even though the service was not delivered to me. Onbay are scammers who just want to rob you of your time and money. I am appealing to the control and security authorities to investigate these fraudsters and will seek compensation through the courts.
iPad Pro Purchase
I was so surprised at how fast my new iPad Pros arrived! The price was really good compared to other sites, so I was a bit unsure at first. But when the products arrived, they were spot on and just as described. I would definitely recommend OnBuy without any hesitation and will be using them again for sure.
Gaming chair purchase
I bought my son a gaming chair from OnBuy not long ago. It's got this cool pull-out leg rest that tucks away neatly under the seat, and even has a massage function for the back. It's a really nice chair overall, and my son absolutely loves it.
In car phone charger (Brand I Juice) for iPhone
I'm very happy with this purchase of a branded item and at a great price. Well packaged and delivered ok. This is, in fact, my first purchase from OnBuy. I've opted out from buying from Amazon after watching a TV documentary about how they treat their staff. Also they don't pay tax "correctly" like other companies. So I became interested in OnBuy and hope that the company does well because they are ethical and do things correctly. So well done to the seller. And... well done OnBuy. I will be shopping again My first order proves it all ok :-)
Scooter
Do not use this company, they allow scam company to operate and sell fake products from their website and do nothing about it. I brought a scooter from Easypay via the OnBuy website and it was a fake from Chine, being sold as a British brand. I highlighted this with evidence (i even informed the real company) and OnBuy have none nothing!
