I've been using Onbuy for quite a while now, having found them by accident and being reassured by the use of Paypal I've ordered all sorts of things from DVD's to curtains. This time I ordered a neat little desk quite late on, last Saturday evening, by the time I looked at my emails on Sunday (afternoon) it had already been dispatched, with a delivery date of Friday (I was very happy with this as only a few days for a very large parcel), however, I received it on Monday morning! It's exactly what I wanted, a very good little desk (its quite heavy for it's size) fantastic quality, very neat with plenty of storage, perfect for my smallest bedroom / office. A great little bargain at only £45.99 with free delivery! (On other sites a similar desk was £65 plus delivery charges). It was packaged very well and super fast delivery, very happy customer. Thank you Onbuy :-) Definitely recommend this site!

Molton Brown Orange and Bergamot reed diffuser
Bought Moton Brown reed diffuser (normally last for weeks and weeks) this has been open a few days smells nothing like the signature fragrance. Half evaporated after 3 days . Buy cheap buy twice. I am no expert but I believe i have a FAKE product that looks like the real thing but you cant mimic Molton Brown. Wish i had gone direct. Glen

My sister loves this perfume and I wanted to get it as a stocking filler for Christmas. OnBuy.com were advertising it at a great price, it was nearly half the price of other websites. I just couldn't pass on the opportunity of a fantastic bargain! Great service received from OnBuy.com. I will definitely use this website again.
Kids Toys
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!! I put an order through, was told it failed at payment and to try again, 3rd time of trying I gave up! I looked at my bank account and they had taken the money 3 times even though the order failed! Week and half later I am still trying to get my money back, the OnBuy site so called customer service is a robot and not helping. Paypal have put a claim in on every transaction, but still waiting for my money back! SO UNLESS YOU HAVE NO WORRY FOR MONEY BEEN TAKEN AND NO PRODUCTS TO SHOW FOR IT! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

THEN SELLER ASKED US TO SEND IT BACK TO THEM AGAIN AND COVER THE COSTS FOR SHIPPING TO GET PC TO THEM AND COVER THE COSTS FOR THEM TO SHIP IT BACK TO US

This company is some kind of a mistake. They cooperate with non-existent companies, they collect money and they sit quietly. No customer service. nothing more. Big mistake.

The product looks and feels the part, top quality all around and a happy price tag.

I ordered a chip pan, it was the cheapest I found for the same pan. The chip pan arrived in perfect condition within a matter of days of ordering it. It was easy to order off your site and your customer service is second to none. Would highly recommend you and would definately use your site again.

Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise-Cancelling Headphones
These are very confortbale to wear and come with a handy case into which the headphones folded neatly. The sound quality is great. I like the idea that they have the left and right ear cups labelled as such. Bluetooth paring and connecting works fine. I can't comment on the noise cancelling facility as I did not buy them for this reason as I use them in a quiet room on my own.

The shower itself is well made and supplied complete with fittings, it is suitable for use with a power shower or equivalent I can't comment on how or if it would work with an electric shower as it may not have enough pressure to deliver a big enough flow. The only fittings that are concerning are the two posts that hold the rising rail to the wall and also pressure hold the rail itself, which can be easily damaged even with care, but otherwise its a great product and On buy.com is a great seller
