Recent purchase of Bunion Correction Sandals
I recently bought some Bunion Correction Sandals and I have to say, I'm really happy with how things turned out. These sandals not only look good, but they're also super comfy and have been really helpful in easing my bunion pain. Heat pad purchase
I recently bought a heat pad for my lower back pain, and it's doing a pretty good job. The controls are quite precise, making it easy to focus on the exact areas that are bothering me. Even though it was shipped from China, it still lived up to what I was hoping for. But I do think Ortorex should have been upfront about the shipping details on their website before I bought it. Despite that little hiccup, I'm happy with how well the product is working for me at the moment.
3-in-1 Massage Device
I just got the 3-in-1 massage device I ordered and for now, it seems good. I had to contact customer service because the instruction manual was only in English, which I struggle with. Customer service got back to me quickly though. I bought it from the Switzerland store. The product is good overall, but they need to improve the language options.
Supplements purchase
The customer service at this company is just fantastic. I needed some help with my order and the support team were so helpful and really knew their stuff. They made it all so easy and even went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I would definitely recommend this company for their top-notch customer service.
Fake company
This company is a complete scam. They say they're in the UK, but they obviously aren't. The stuff they sell is rubbish and doesn't work, and they don't mind fibbing about when things will arrive. It's pointless trying to send anything back to a made-up address in Poland. Don't fall for the phoney good reviews on their website, they're all false.
Insoles purchase
I bought some insoles from this company thinking it was Irish, but I was let down because it took a whole 4 weeks for them to arrive. When they finally did, it was obvious that they weren't from an Irish company at all. It actually turns out that this company is in Poland and just sells cheap Chinese products. Their advertising was totally misleading, so I'll definitely be reporting them to the authorities.

I've just got my order and I'm really happy with it. The delivery was actually pretty quick. You know, some reviews can be a bit off, so it's best to try things out for yourself. I'd definitely suggest checking out this website, my pain has really gone down since using their products.

I didn't actually look up Ortorex before buying from them, but I was really happy with how quickly they replied to my emails and how fast my order arrived. The product was all good too, no problems at all. I'd definitely buy from them again in the future.
Posture corrector bra - waste of money
I bought this product thinking it would do wonders for my posture, but it was totally pointless. It took ages to show up, and when it eventually did, it didn't make any difference to my posture. The fit was awful and it didn't give any support to my shoulders or back. I definitely wouldn't suggest this product to anyone hoping to fix their posture.
Plug adapter purchase
I bought a plug adapter to use in New Zealand, but it turned out to be too bulky and didn't fit properly in the socket, even with the adapter it came with. The company offered me a 40% refund, but I wasn't happy with that solution.
Trainers
I really wish I had checked out the reviews before buying from this website. The trainers I got are honestly terrible - they're cheap and nasty. To make it worse, my pair came with a fault and I've been trying to get in touch with customer service but haven't heard back. It feels like such a waste of the £25 I spent on them, considering they're more like something that should cost £2. I'd definitely advise steering clear of this site for any shopping in the future.
Orthopedic shoes purchase
I bought a pair of orthopedic shoes from this company and I must say, I was really let down by the quality. I thought the shoes would be made nearby, but to my surprise, they came all the way from China. The shoes didn't meet the standards I was hoping for, so I won't be buying from them again.
Pregnancy pillow purchase
I recently bought a pregnancy pillow from this company and I have to say I was really let down by the quality. It came all the way from China and turned out to be a cheap knock-off that was basically useless. When I got in touch with the company to ask for a refund, they initially said they'd only give me back 30% of the price, then upped it to 70%. That kind of dodgy behaviour is just not on and shows they're not a trustworthy business. I've now got the authorities and my credit card company involved in sorting out this mess. It's been a long, frustrating process and I'm still waiting to see my money back. Overall, my whole experience with this company has been absolutely appalling.
Spent money on rubbish
Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company. Everything I bought was just cheap knock-offs from China. It gets even worse because everything is shipped from China, so good luck trying to get a refund. The cancellation policy is a joke, they only give you 24 hours to cancel your order which is absolutely ridiculous.
Ankle supports
I purchased these ankle supports from an online store, but honestly, they were terrible. They were really cheap, didn't fit properly, and felt very flimsy. On top of that, they didn't even come with instructions on how to use them! I reckon a pair of socks would have been more helpful than this rubbish. And to add insult to injury, I later discovered that they were shipped all the way from China, which wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from this company, it's just not worth the hassle!
Tiny shoes
Those shoes were just awful. They were way too small and the returns policy was terrible. They wanted me to send the parcel all the way to Poland, costing as much as the shoes, and on top of that, the purchase was non-refundable. I definitely won't be shopping on that website again.
Orthopaedic shoes purchase
I bought a pair of orthopaedic shoes from this company recently and I have to admit, I was really disappointed with the quality. The shoes looked like they were made cheaply and felt like something you could easily find on Chinese websites like AliExpress for a much lower price. Even though I ordered my usual UK size 7, the shoes were way too tight on my feet. To top it all off, the return process seems like it's going to be a real pain, as I have to send the shoes back to Poland at my own expense. Overall, I'd say it's best not to trust the product descriptions or reviews on this company's website.
