Diabetic socks misleading
I bought some diabetic socks from this company that were supposed to have a soft top, but they were actually not good for diabetics. The quality was pretty low, and they definitely weren't suitable to wear. I would suggest not getting them.
Cheap quality shoes
The shoes I bought were really bad quality, like something you'd get from a cheap shop. I would advise steering clear of this company because the shoes I got were totally unacceptable. I got in touch to complain and had to go through the hassle of sending the shoes back to Poland, but they only offered me a 40% refund.
Default products
I bought some stuff from this company not too long ago, but the products I got were faulty and not working properly. I tried to get a refund by reaching out to customer service, but haven't heard anything back from them. All I keep getting are automatic emails, which seem dodgy and fake to me.
Cheap Chinese product
I made a mistake buying a cheap product from this website, thinking it was an authentic Irish brand. It took three weeks for the product to arrive, and it was obvious that it was shipped from China. I tried reaching out to customer service about the mix-up, but I never got a reply. It looks like they change their policies to avoid dealing with complaints. This whole thing was a total waste of my time and money.
Orthopaedic correction sandals
The sandals are extremely poor quality and made from lightweight, cheap plastic. They are a poor resemblance of the image posted on the website. It was bought for a medical condition that I have.
Also the returns policy which states they need to be returned to an address in Poland using recorded delivery makes it impossible to have any money left after a refund. Living on a pension at this difficult time makes it even harderSale! Sleep Earplugs Noise Canceling Earbuds
Products were definitely not as advertised on the site. There were ordinary Mickey Mouse earbuds!

I've also received my Mickey Mouse earbuds that I know aren't going to be fit for purpose, as reading reviews on other websites they only have a battery life of 4 hours and I need something to last for at least 7/8 hours.
Do you mind me asking what you did with yours? Did you complain to the company and, if so, did you get any response?

The shoes looked smart but were not 'orthopaedic in any respect. Definitely not wide fitting (as advertised) and the 'helpful' sizing chart the company offered was not accurate. The size eight that I ordered is closer to a seven. As a result the shoes did not fit!
The company offered a very complicated return procedure, to Poland, which, in my opinion is designed to strongly encourage purchasers to accept the 70% refund offered.
The company is profiting from their misleading shoe size chart by claiming a 30% share of the value of the purchase price rather than making returns easy allowing for a full refund.
Not impressed!
I suppose the one positive is that charity shops will benefit from the shoes.

Very disappointed in these slippers. I thought they were going to be special ones for my feet but was surprised to see exactly the same slippers in Matalan for £7 ... I paid £24.98! They are not special or designed to support your feet in any special way. So to be honest i want to return them.
Ortorex womens sandals
This is a partial apology - see my previous review. I thought that Ortorex had not paid enough postage, but it turned out that it was someone else. I asked for a refund, and have received a very prompt 70% refund along with an apology, and I’ve kept the sandals which will go to a charity shop. So although I’m still very disappointed with the sandals, the customer service has actually been good.
slippers
Quality is very poor. Sole of slippers made of polystyrene and have snapped and costed me £29.98 . Worn indoor and didnot last for 6 months . Upon receiving the product I felt they have been very light like polystyrene material but I need them for my plantar fasciitis as it is not easy to find suitable pair I didnot return it.
Orthopaedic Correction sandals
After ordering these sandals I looked on Trustpilot and regretted my decision when I read very negative reviews of this company and its products. Then 2 days ago I was asked by Royal Mail to pay extra postage on a parcel and of course it was this one. But they did arrive today, more quickly than I expected (and in a torn package). They do fit ok, but definitely extremely cheap and poor quality. I have learned my lesson - always check out a company I haven’t heard of. But overall not as disastrous as I was fearing!
Ortorex UK - Orthopaedic correction sandals
Unfortunately I purchased orthopaedic correction sandals from Ortorex UK, however just because they have a UK after their name does not mean that any goods purchased will be dispatched from with the UK. The shoes were sent from China, with excuse after excuse - crammed in a small plastic bag, no markings or sizes on the shoes & the quality is appalling. Not fit for purpose except for the bin - would not even give them to a charity shop. Offered me a 70% refund if I keep the shoes, or for me to return to China at my expense.
Womens orthopedic correction sandals
Just received this order, it arrived in a plastic bag with no indication who it was from. The sandals are very cheaply made with no markings for size or make. I would expect to pay £5 for sandals of this quality not £28.82 which are supposed to be half price. Gullible enough to order another pair so im not expecting very much.
Why don’t you send them back, instead of writing off the money. Companies like this should be put out of business. I expect the shoes came from China.

Shady chinese company with shady terms and conditions. Products are not genuine and certainly untrustworthy.

after stating that "The estimated delivery time is 4-12 days" .. order placed January 12, 2022) when checking the tracking service, it says Estimated date of arrival at the post office 12 Feb 2022 - 19 Feb 2022, 23 - 30 days remaining. Looking at this I may after wait another month before it arrives If I had known this to be the case I would not have ordered from this company. 8 days after placing order the tracking shows my item is still in China
