Over 3000 pounds worth of lighting
I am in the service industry . I returned a broken light . The staff were so unhelpful . They didn’t want to know and fobbed me off because some of the lighting had come direct online , only because they didn’t have enough fittings . The attitude of the staff was terrible . When I addressed them they spoke to each other as if I wasn’t in the shop . The manager didn’t even look up from the counter . I will never shop at this company again . The sore was the Warrington branch . Let me finally say sales could double in Warrington if they had some service . Jamie Rowland

Kitchen table and chairs
My wife and I were delighted by the friendly and very helpful staff in Dunfermline Branch who served us yesterday. They went out of their way to help us, and are both a credit to the company. It's a pity all people are not like then. Both are highly commendable.

Lighting is the worst thing i ever tried, so whenever t comes to choosing the best and i buy it from pagazzi. its not just they sell the amazing quality also its much simple to buy fro them. I am going to vote for pagazzi for best lighting company ever !!!
