I recently bought some stuff from this shop and I must say, I'm really happy with the service I got. They had a great selection of products and I managed to find exactly what I was after - two floor lamps that look good and are well made. The prices were fair and the staff were really nice and helpful, giving me all the info I needed to make the right choice. All in all, I'm thrilled with my purchase and would definitely suggest this store to anyone else.
Wall lamp purchase
I recently bought a wall lamp from this store and it is absolutely beautiful. I've shopped here before and have always been impressed by the quality of their products. When I ordered another lamp, I was told it would arrive on Monday, but much to my surprise, it was delivered on a Sunday! Louise, the customer service rep, was absolutely fantastic - so kind and helpful. I'm always happy with my purchases from this store, they never let me down.
Kitchen light
I popped into the store the other day in search of a light for my new kitchen and I have to say, the customer service I got was top-notch. The lady with the fab pink hair who helped me out was so friendly and really knew her stuff when it came to the products they had on offer. She went out of her way to help me pick out the perfect light for my kitchen, and I'm really grateful for all her hard work. Fingers crossed the light I bought is as bright and beautiful as she was! All in all, it was a fantastic shopping experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store to anyone else.
Stag antler chandelier
I was really surprised by how fast my stag antler chandelier was delivered from your company. Even though I live in a remote part of Scotland, it arrived just 3 days after ordering. The chandelier is truly stunning and has brought a touch of elegance to my home. I would definitely recommend this company for their quick delivery and top-notch products.
Light fixtures
I really enjoyed shopping at this store because the sales lady there was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. It made it a lot easier for me to decide what to buy. It was a great shopping experience and I would definitely tell other people to check out this store.
online order
I made a purchase online recently and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the quality of the item. The price I paid, even with a discount, was quite high so they definitely need to think about their pricing. Just the other day, I had to pay a massive £5 for a lightbulb in-store! It's honestly ridiculous!
LED Pendant light
I bought this LED pendant light from the store and it was just what I wanted. It really brought some elegance to my home decor. But I was really shocked to find the same light being sold for a much lower price at a different shop.
Ceiling light purchase
The service I got at that shop was absolutely brilliant. The staff were so helpful and patient while I was looking for the right ceiling light for my home. They took the time to answer all of my questions and showed me all the great products they had in stock. Not only did they help me choose the right light, they also went out of their way to find extra information on some details I wanted to know more about. The customer service was fantastic, which made my shopping experience really enjoyable and stress-free. The light itself is of really good quality and looks amazing in my home. I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for lighting fixtures for their home.
Two cordless table lamps
I recently bought two rechargeable cordless table lamps in black and bronze from this company. To my surprise, they arrived quite quickly, just 2 days after I placed the order. The lamps were well-packaged and even came with the rechargeable cords. I was really impressed by the quality of the lamps, they were better than I expected. Overall, I am thrilled with my purchase.

Nobody answering my emails to return item
Over 3000 pounds worth of lighting
I am in the service industry . I returned a broken light . The staff were so unhelpful . They didn’t want to know and fobbed me off because some of the lighting had come direct online , only because they didn’t have enough fittings . The attitude of the staff was terrible . When I addressed them they spoke to each other as if I wasn’t in the shop . The manager didn’t even look up from the counter . I will never shop at this company again . The sore was the Warrington branch . Let me finally say sales could double in Warrington if they had some service . Jamie Rowland

Kitchen table and chairs
My wife and I were delighted by the friendly and very helpful staff in Dunfermline Branch who served us yesterday. They went out of their way to help us, and are both a credit to the company. It's a pity all people are not like then. Both are highly commendable.
