Lamp base purchase
I was really impressed with the lamp base I bought, the quality and design were amazing. It looked great with my lampshade and gave my room a bit of a fancy feel. The delivery was fast and the packaging was done well. The only thing that threw me off was the colour of the base. It was meant to be white but turned out to be more of a creamy colour. Initially, I was a bit disappointed thinking it wouldn't go with my white lampshade, but it actually grew on me and now I love it. It would be good if the website described the colour more accurately to avoid any confusion in the future. Apart from that, I'm really happy with my purchase.
Study light
I needed a certain or may be a similar study light as a gift for my professor in the university but it was as though I was dreaming and finding what was not available in real life. I had checked different dealers but never really got what was in the mind. Even after two orders from two different dealers but on delivery, I realized I mistook what I saw displayed online to be what I was looking for. I had to return the items to the company and of course requested for a refund. But finally, I found just what I was looking for at Pooky. For that alone, Pooky got my respect and have always been looking up to them for anything lighting.
Rechargeable lamps with dim/brighten feature
Oh my goodness, I managed to get my hands on these really awesome lamps with shades to go behind our sofa, and they look fantastic together. They are the only large rechargeable table lamps I could come across, and they have a really elegant design. Now we don't have those irritating wires cluttering up the place, and the ability to adjust the brightness is so convenient. Sadly, the initial pair I received were damaged, but Pooky sorted it out by sending me a new pair that were packaged more securely. The customer service team acted swiftly to assist me, so everything ended perfectly fine in the end!
Two lampshades
I recently bought two lampshades from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality. The colours were even more beautiful in person compared to how they looked online. The size of the small drum shades (40cm x 18cm) was just right for my ceilings, which aren't that high. They really make a statement in my home.

Lights, sockets, switches
I purchased some lights, sockets, and switches from this shop, and after a year, two of the switch plates got scratched. I reached out to customer service to ask for replacements, but Beth was not helpful at all. She refused to sell me just the plates and insisted I buy the whole switches again. It's such a rip off! The products are way overpriced, and the service is awful. My advice is to avoid shopping here!
Lovely lamp with 3 settings
I recently got this lamp and I absolutely love it! It's really great because it has three different brightness settings, making it so practical. I can easily adjust it to suit whatever I'm doing, like studying or just relaxing in my room. It's stylish and looks fantastic on my windowsill in the kitchen.
Rialto Venetian wall light
I've got this really nice wall light that looks really fancy, but it's been a nightmare to install. The base is really big, making it impossible to fit the connectors inside. I tried putting them in the wall behind the fixing, but the hole was too big for the base to cover it. My electrician wouldn't touch it!
