I recently got this lamp and I absolutely love it! It's really great because it has three different brightness settings, making it so practical. I can easily adjust it to suit whatever I'm doing, like studying or just relaxing in my room. It's stylish and looks fantastic on my windowsill in the kitchen.
Rialto Venetian wall light
I've got this really nice wall light that looks really fancy, but it's been a nightmare to install. The base is really big, making it impossible to fit the connectors inside. I tried putting them in the wall behind the fixing, but the hole was too big for the base to cover it. My electrician wouldn't touch it!
Mini elbow wall lights in antique silver with glass shade Qilin
I recently bought some mini elbow wall lights in antique silver with the glass shade Qilin, and I have to say, I am really pleased with them. They work perfectly in my dressing room, giving great lighting on both sides of my big mirror. I had been looking for the right lighting for a while, but Pooky really surprised me with this purchase. The product is top quality and it brings a touch of class to my room.

Lamp shade purchase
I recently bought a lamp shade from this company and I must say, it's really elegant and has brought a touch of style to my living room. The customer service I got when I had to return the lamp shade was top-notch. I gave them a call on Sunday and they quickly sorted out the pick-up and delivery of the replacement by Tuesday. Everything went really smoothly and I'm delighted with how it all turned out. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience.
3 light fittings
I ordered 3 light fittings from this company, and one of them was a total mess. The metal design was all wonky - like, seriously, what were they thinking? I had to send them pictures of the dodgy light fitting, but they didn't even bother to reply. After 2 days, I had to give them a bell, and they acted like they hadn't seen my email at all. I had to resend it and give them another call to get them to send me a replacement. It's a real pain that I had to do all the work myself - talk about shocking customer service! On top of that, their products are way too pricey and not even that great quality. I was thinking of getting more light fittings for my kitchen, but now I'm on the hunt for another place to shop.

Lamp base purchase
I was really impressed with the lamp base I bought, the quality and design were amazing. It looked great with my lampshade and gave my room a bit of a fancy feel. The delivery was fast and the packaging was done well. The only thing that threw me off was the colour of the base. It was meant to be white but turned out to be more of a creamy colour. Initially, I was a bit disappointed thinking it wouldn't go with my white lampshade, but it actually grew on me and now I love it. It would be good if the website described the colour more accurately to avoid any confusion in the future. Apart from that, I'm really happy with my purchase.
Study light
I needed a certain or may be a similar study light as a gift for my professor in the university but it was as though I was dreaming and finding what was not available in real life. I had checked different dealers but never really got what was in the mind. Even after two orders from two different dealers but on delivery, I realized I mistook what I saw displayed online to be what I was looking for. I had to return the items to the company and of course requested for a refund. But finally, I found just what I was looking for at Pooky. For that alone, Pooky got my respect and have always been looking up to them for anything lighting.
