I called the first staff member was really helpful. I placed my order online and it was so simple. I ordered on a Thursday and got my delivery on Saturday. Overall, it was a smooth and efficient experience. I will definitely order from them again.
Sold out item
I was really disappointed when I found out that the thing I wanted was sold out, but the staff were really helpful and told me they'd have more in stock soon. They were quick to send it to me and even gave me a discount compared to another store that had increased their price!
TV and washing machine purchase
I stumbled upon this company while browsing online and wasn't quite sure if they were trustworthy at first. However, once I had a chat with Aaron on the phone and got all my queries answered thoroughly, I felt more confident about going ahead with a purchase. Aaron took the time to go through the details of a TV and a washing machine with me, which I really appreciated. The TV arrived promptly and with no issues, making the whole process hassle-free. The Samsung 55-inch TV I received went beyond my expectations, and I was pleasantly surprised to see it was such a good price. Ninja Woodfire purchase
I recently bought a Woodfire and I have to say, I'm really impressed with both the product and the service from the retailer. The Woodfire came with a BBQ stand and cover, and the delivery was super fast. I ordered it on a Thursday and got it on Tuesday, even with a bank holiday in the mix. The quality is really good and I'm delighted with my purchase.
Normal shop
Well I will give 8 number out of 10.
Two number I deducted due to amount charged and very soon I came to know purchased bluetooth speakers ( world class top brand -Bose) was 2% excess charged by PRC
Later they compensate it by one headphone of JBL.
But whatever item they have are high class brands either Smart Tv, Home Theater, Smartphone, Bluetooth speaker, headphones, Refrigerator,kitchen appliances or wi fi sets
Blindly can be trusted..
