I recently bought some garden furniture from this shop and I must say it wasn't a great experience at all. The inside was stuffy and messy, with things lying around that could trip you up. What's more, the staff didn't seem interested in helping at all - just hanging about while customers struggled to get through the clutter. I even saw some staff talking rudely to customers over small things like their masks slipping down a bit. And to top it off, I thought the prices were way too high for what they were selling, some things were just way overpriced. All in all, my trip to this shop was pretty depressing and I get why so many people prefer online shopping instead.
Garden Shed
It's ridiculous! Ages ago, I ordered a garden shed from this place and still haven't got it. I've been trying to get in touch with them for weeks, but it's like they've vanished into thin air - not responding at all. I've spent so much time and effort on this and I'm actually thinking about complaining about them. Definitely steer clear of them!
Home decor items
I bought some home decor bits from this shop not long ago, and to be honest, I was pretty let down with how they handled things. I paid up, but my stuff didn't get sent out quickly, and when I emailed them, it took ages to get a reply - nearly two weeks, can you believe it? And when I tried ringing them up, all I got was some automated message saying the same old thing about patience. Feels like they're blaming Covid for their bad customer service, if you ask me.
Picnic table set
I went to the shop to find a picnic table set for my garden. I found the perfect one, but the shop assistant was really rude, disrespectful and bossy when I asked for help. I felt upset and angry because of it. I even complained to customer service, but I haven't heard back yet! It's not right that one bad experience can ruin the whole shopping trip. The other staff were kind, but that one lady really spoilt it for me. It's a shame because I really liked the store.
Special deal purchase
I recently bought something from a store with a special deal, but they delivered the wrong item to me. Luckily, Daniel from customer service was amazing. He replied quickly, sorted out the correct replacements to be sent, and when they messed up again, he quickly organised a refund. I was really impressed with Daniel's customer service skills.
Dining chairs
I recently bought some dining chairs from the store's website, thinking they'd come already put together. But when they arrived, I found out they were actually flat-packed. I was quite disappointed because the website clearly said they were preassembled.
Pringles advent calendar
I came across this shop when I was on the hunt for a Pringles advent calendar, hoping to find a cheaper one compared to what I saw on other popular sites. I was really impressed with the good value the store offered, especially when compared to Amazon and other similar sites. The whole ordering process was easy and I liked the great communication from start to finish. Surprisingly, I got my item just 3 days after ordering, quicker than I thought. The follow-up email to check on my satisfaction, though clearly automated, was a nice touch and showed they really care about their customers. Overall, I'm really pleased I chose to look at other options and ended up buying from this shop.
Messina Bistro Set
Beautiful item and i am very happy with the whole process. I will definitely be buying from them again. As soon as i purchased the item on the 12th April, the Customer Care Team informed me of every step in the process. Arrived 15th April, 5 days and the estimate was 6 - 9 days 5* all the way.

Many items I have from here including one set of Dalby Hardwood Tete-a-Tete branch & table.
Hard finishing, quality woods used and not difficult to guess,this will go long.
