    I don't usually write reviews for websites, but I always like to check Trustpilot before I order from a new site. The reviews for this store weren't amazing, but my experience was completely different. I originally ordered a set of 4 plastic boxes and was so pleased that I ended up ordering 8 more once I knew everything was all good. I received confirmation of my order really quickly, and shortly after that, I got a DPD tracking email before it was sent out. I got updates from both DPD and the store about when it was dispatched. I ordered in the morning on both occasions, paid for express delivery, and got the items the very next day. It all went exactly as I expected, despite what the reviews were saying. I'm really chuffed with my purchase and the whole experience. The boxes are top quality and great value for money.

    I came across this shop when I was on the hunt for a Pringles advent calendar, hoping to find a cheaper one compared to what I saw on other popular sites. I was really impressed with the good value the store offered, especially when compared to Amazon and other similar sites. The whole ordering process was easy and I liked the great communication from start to finish. Surprisingly, I got my item just 3 days after ordering, quicker than I thought. The follow-up email to check on my satisfaction, though clearly automated, was a nice touch and showed they really care about their customers. Overall, I'm really pleased I chose to look at other options and ended up buying from this shop.

    I recently bought 4 extra-large plastic boxes from the shop and I have to say, I was really happy with how it all went. I was a bit unsure at first because I saw some bad reviews, but I thought I'd give it a shot anyway. I was a bit worried when I didn't get the usual confirmation email after placing my order, but it came through later on and I could track my order easily. The delivery by DPD was quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. When the boxes arrived, I was happy to see that they were well packaged and in great condition. I'm really pleased with the quality of the product and the service from the shop overall.

    I bought something from this shop the other day, but when I got it, it wasn't what I expected according to the website. Despite that, I was happy with how easy it was to order and how fast I got my delivery. When I got in touch with customer service about the problem, they were quick to reply and deal with it well. They asked for photos of the issue, and then they gave me a refund without me having to send back the item. Even though it wasn't the result I wanted, I'm thankful for how quickly QD Stores sorted it out with as little hassle for me as possible.

    Beautiful item and i am very happy with the whole process. I will definitely be buying from them again. As soon as i purchased the item on the 12th April, the Customer Care Team informed me of every step in the process. Arrived 15th April, 5 days and the estimate was 6 - 9 days 5* all the way.

    I bought two sets of drawers from QD Stores online. They said they were in stock and would be delivered in 10 days. After paying £225.99, I didn't hear anything about when they'd arrive. I tried getting in touch with the company but they said the items were coming from a supplier who would contact me. It's been two weeks now, and I haven't heard anything or received my order. I'm waiting for a refund because I'm not happy with the lack of communication and delays in delivery.

    Damaged table purchase

    I bought a table from this place and when it arrived, it looked like it had been through a war zone! Four places were damaged, and the middle extension piece was screwed in wrong, so it was basically useless. Trying to get hold of customer services was a nightmare. My emails went unanswered, and when I finally managed to get through on the phone, they promised to sort it out that day, but nothing ever happened. The whole process took over three weeks of waiting. Absolutely awful.

    I recently bought a shed from this company, and I have to say it was a bit of a letdown. I waited a whole month but never got my shed. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me I wouldn't be receiving it at all. Getting my refund was a bit of a hassle, and I had to get my credit card company involved to sort it out. The customer service team seemed to be dragging their feet, and the more I tried to chase them up, the longer I had to wait. It was really frustrating and took up a lot of my time.
    The company blamed the delay on Covid-19, but I didn't think it justified them still taking orders when they couldn't fulfil their previous ones. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and would suggest you take into account the negative reviews before buying from them.

    Gazebo bar purchase

    I recently bought a gazebo bar online after a staff member at a local store recommended it. The delivery was scheduled for a certain day but it was picked up on the same day due to some issues. After sorting things out, the delivery finally went through. When trying to set up the bar, I struggled because the instructions were not very clear. To make matters worse, both chairs and the top cover were damaged when assembling them. It was quite frustrating, but eventually, replacement parts were sent. I also had trouble getting in touch with QD Stores either by phone or online. Overall, the whole experience left a lot to be desired, and I doubt I'll be buying from them online again.

    Massive order

    I ordered a bunch of stuff from this shop about a month back and they swiped over £400 from my account! I received a confirmation email right away, but after that, there was total radio silence for ages. Then, just last week, they sent me an email saying my order had been sent out, but the tracking page is totally useless! I've sent them about 4 emails now, but all I got in return was a generic 'thanks for getting in touch' message. I've ordered plenty of things from other places during lockdown and they all arrived on time with regular updates. This particular shop is seriously getting on my nerves!

    Garden furniture purchase

    I recently bought some garden furniture from this shop and I must say it wasn't a great experience at all. The inside was stuffy and messy, with things lying around that could trip you up. What's more, the staff didn't seem interested in helping at all - just hanging about while customers struggled to get through the clutter. I even saw some staff talking rudely to customers over small things like their masks slipping down a bit. And to top it off, I thought the prices were way too high for what they were selling, some things were just way overpriced. All in all, my trip to this shop was pretty depressing and I get why so many people prefer online shopping instead.

    I bought some home decor bits from this shop not long ago, and to be honest, I was pretty let down with how they handled things. I paid up, but my stuff didn't get sent out quickly, and when I emailed them, it took ages to get a reply - nearly two weeks, can you believe it? And when I tried ringing them up, all I got was some automated message saying the same old thing about patience. Feels like they're blaming Covid for their bad customer service, if you ask me.

    Picnic table set

    I went to the shop to find a picnic table set for my garden. I found the perfect one, but the shop assistant was really rude, disrespectful and bossy when I asked for help. I felt upset and angry because of it. I even complained to customer service, but I haven't heard back yet! It's not right that one bad experience can ruin the whole shopping trip. The other staff were kind, but that one lady really spoilt it for me. It's a shame because I really liked the store.
