They are now owned by the parent company QD Commercial Group Holdings, which also controls their garden centres. QD assert that despite their aggressive pricing policy, they are scrupulous in ensuring the quality of the products they sells, and rely on a model of special low price promotions, a fast moving stock and daily price checks to ensure they are competitive company. They recently moved their offers online, increasing the number of customers they reach.

The company also engage in various charitable projects, supporting the Brain Tumour Research Campaign with nation wide campaigns such as Wear a Hat Day, which has so far raised £7,544 in the last three years. The company also support the Nook appeal, for East Anglia?s Children Hospices.

Beautiful item and i am very happy with the whole process. I will definitely be buying from them again. As soon as i purchased the item on the 12th April, the Customer Care Team informed me of every step in the process. Arrived 15th April, 5 days and the estimate was 6 - 9 days 5* all the way.
