Their friendly and professional approach, along with their empathy, really helped me manage what was a stressful situation. I was truly impressed by the excellent level of service I received from the team, especially Iain, Jack, Cammy, and the lady with the international accent. As someone who has high expectations as a customer, I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for their hard work and support throughout the whole ordeal. I had a fantastic experience at the Harrogate branch. The staff, especially Harry and the Manager, gave excellent customer service. Harry was really helpful and friendly while I was trying on different rings before finally choosing a beautiful gold and diamond ring. I was happy to be offered a free certification and the choice to have it delivered to my home. The Manager also agreed to give me a discount, which was a nice touch. This is the second time I've bought something from this jewellery store and I've been really impressed with how professional the team is and the great value for money.

Gareth's customer service at this jeweller was truly top-notch. He was patient and accommodating when I was interested in a Swiss watch, providing detailed photos and videos to help me decide. Despite my many questions, Gareth was always professional and attentive, making me feel valued. The Croydon team and admin team also provided excellent service, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. I popped into the store today to get a valuation and maybe sell some of my Gold jewellery. Jo was really helpful and she offered me a really good price for my items. She even gave me some useful tips on selling gold. All in all, the service was friendly and quick. I'd definitely suggest this place to anyone wanting to sell their gold.
Bought a gold chain for my friend's birthday
I purchased a gold chain as a birthday gift for my friend, but it ended up being too short. As my friend lives quite far away, it took some time before I could go back to the store to return it. Fortunately, when I did return it, they didn't have a longer chain in stock, so they kindly refunded me without any issues. I later found a more suitable chain on their website. I must say, the customer service was excellent and I was extremely pleased with how smoothly everything was dealt with.

I bought a beautiful diamond necklace from this jewellery store the other day, and I have to say I was really impressed with the service that I got. Angie and Amy, the staff there, were so friendly and really knew their stuff about the jewellery they had. They helped me find the perfect necklace that matched what I was looking for and fit my budget. The necklace is top-notch quality and I'm so pleased with my buy. Polite, kind, welcoming staff
I went to the shop the other day and I was really impressed with the service I got. Cody, the lad who helped me, was so polite and went out of his way to assist me. He was really nice and you could tell he truly wanted to make sure customers had a good time. And on top of that, Leah and Katherine were there too and they were both really friendly, which made the atmosphere in the store even better. I left feeling happy with how everything went and I'll definitely be coming back in the future.
Diamond ring purchase
I bought a diamond ring from this shop not long ago and I have to say, I was pretty gutted with what I got. The ring was nothing like the one I saw in the store – it looked too new, didn't have any hallmarks, and the band had obviously been messed about with to make it fit me, which made it bulge out on either side. It just screamed poor workmanship and lack of care. I was so excited at first, but now I'm just really disappointed with the quality of what I got.

I bought a silver chain not too long ago and honestly, I was really impressed with the whole thing. The website was dead easy to use, loads of choice and all that. I ordered it on a Friday afternoon and to my surprise, it turned up the very next day thanks to Royal Mail. The chain itself was better than I expected, proper good quality and looked great. I'm well chuffed with my buy and the quick delivery. I reckon I'll be using them again for sure!

The website was really easy to use, and the watch I bought looked exactly like it did in the pictures and was as described. Today, I popped into this amazing shop on Shandwick Place in Edinburgh to sell my bracelet. The lady working there was so lovely and really helpful, so I had a great time. I'm definitely going to spread the word to all my friends about this place so they can come here to sell or buy jewellery as well. Thank you!
Rings & things galore
When I popped into that shop in Caerphilly, South Wales, the staff - Helen & Tina - were absolutely brilliant! They really went out of their way to help me with all the rings and bits and bobs I needed to sell. They were so cheerful and skilled at their job. There was quite a lot of stuff to go through, but they didn't mind at all. I can't thank them enough for their fantastic service!

Gold half sovereign purchase
I went to this jewellery shop to buy a gold half sovereign. The whole thing didn't go as well as I thought it would. I decided to pay in monthly instalments, but then found out that Ramsdens Jewellery wouldn't send me the coin until I'd paid for the whole lot. That meant I had to wait for 6 months! I was let down by the lack of honesty and the delay in getting what I bought. I was hoping for better service and communication from a well-known jewellery shop.

I just bought a lovely .75ct channel set diamond ring from this jewellery shop and I have to say, I am absolutely delighted with it. The ring is really top-notch, just as they said.
