Rolex watch purchase
I ordered a Rolex watch on the 25th of May 2024. Since then, I've been having some trouble with getting the additional documents I need and have even been threatened with my order being cancelled. The customer service team has been quite bad at communicating, taking weeks to reply to my emails and hanging up the phone abruptly when I ask about my order number. I sent the documents they needed on the same day they asked for them, but I'm still waiting for a response. I'm worried about having to pay monthly instalments for a product I haven't even received yet.
Gold and diamond ring purchase
I had a fantastic experience at the Harrogate branch. The staff, especially Harry and the Manager, gave excellent customer service. Harry was really helpful and friendly while I was trying on different rings before finally choosing a beautiful gold and diamond ring. I was happy to be offered a free certification and the choice to have it delivered to my home. The Manager also agreed to give me a discount, which was a nice touch. This is the second time I've bought something from this jewellery store and I've been really impressed with how professional the team is and the great value for money.
