Bed purchase
I bought a bed from this company not too long ago and I was a bit worried at first because of the reviews I read on Trustpilot. But I decided to get in touch with the company directly and I was actually pleasantly surprised by how quick and helpful their response was. They gave me an estimated delivery date and they actually delivered within a reasonable time frame. The bed arrived about 4-5 weeks after I ordered it and I'm really happy with the quality of the product. All in all, I had a good experience with this company and I would definitely recommend them to others in the future.

I recently bought a bedroom set from Room To Grow and it fits in my room perfectly and looks really lovely. The furniture is top-notch quality and I'm really pleased with my purchase. I recently bought the Butterworth bed with extra storage and shelf headboard for my son from this shop. The service I got was outstanding and the delivery was really quick. My son really adores his new bed, especially the extra storage underneath and the shelf headboard where he can proudly show off his collection of dinosaur toys. I am so happy with my experience that I will definitely come back to this shop when it's time to revamp my daughter's room.
Bunk beds stuck in limbo
I bought some bunk beds from this store and honestly, it's been a total nightmare. I've been waiting for a whole month just to get a delivery date. I tried calling their customer service number but it's like it doesn't even exist! And when I send them an email, they only reply every so often and all they say is they'll let me know when the beds will be delivered. It's a bit of a joke really! I've had it up to here, I'm going to cancel my order and find somewhere else to buy from.
High riser bed with sofa and desk
This company is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a high riser bed with a sofa and desk underneath back in February, and now it's April with still no sign of my order. They said it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery, but that time has passed without any updates. When I asked for an update, they just fobbed me off, saying the delivery team would contact me - which they never did. The customer service and communication from them is shocking. I've just messaged them, saying I'll demand a refund if they can't give me a clear delivery date. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

My recent experience with Room To Grow has been an absolute nightmare. It's been a complete circus of errors and disregard for customer satisfaction. The whole thing began with my order not showing up, which led to my bank reclaiming the money. Even after I asked them to cancel multiple times and reminded them, Room To Grow still tried to push a late delivery on me. And to top it off, I ended up being charged AGAIN after all that mess. Dealing with their incompetence has been frustrating and exhausting. I only have my fingers crossed that the refund they promised actually goes through this time.

I've just had an absolute nightmare with this bunk bed I bought. The fittings were terrible, and the whole thing fell apart as soon as we tried to move it. The metal clamps were useless, and the wood just snapped. To top it off, they even sent the wrong parts! I'm definitely not keeping it.

My new bed
I bought a new bed and it arrived right on time as they promised. It's really sturdy and looks great, I absolutely adore it! My room is now complete and I couldn't be happier.
