    Bed and wardrobe purchase

    I was really unhappy with my order from Room To Grow. I bought a bed and a wardrobe, and after waiting for a whole 4 months for delivery, the wardrobe turned up with marks all over it. And if that wasn't bad enough, I forked out an extra £115 for the bed to be assembled, but it wasn't even scheduled for delivery. This left my 4-year-old in floods of tears because she was so excited for her new bed. I tried to get in touch with customer service but couldn't find anyone around to lend a hand. All in all, it was a terrible experience, especially considering how much I'd spent. I won't be buying from them again and I really wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering.

    I ordered a bed last month and I still haven't got it. I've tried giving them a call, but no one picks up, and the responses to my emails are really slow and not very helpful. I'm so disappointed with the service, and my kids are upset and waiting for their new bed. I really wish I had checked the reviews before making a purchase from this place - definitely one to avoid!

    I ordered a new bed more than 8 weeks ago now and it still hasn't arrived! I've tried calling them several times to check on my order but no one picks up the phone, and the voicemail just tells me to email them. I already sent them an email a few days back and I haven't heard back from them yet. It's really frustrating, this is probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I wish I had read all those other reviews before making my purchase. I'm definitely going to take this up with Watchdog!

    I bought some furniture from this company and I was really let down by the quality. I got a replacement bed for one that was faulty, but the new one broke in the same place because it wasn't put together properly. The standard of construction is really terrible and not okay. It's obvious that the company hasn't actually made any improvements to their products like they said they have.

    Desk purchase for daughter

    I ordered a desk for my daughter back on the 22nd of April, with the company promising a delivery window of 5 to 10 days. However, it's been four weeks now, and the desk still hasn't arrived. I've sent two emails asking about my order, but all I got was a response saying there was an internal error in the system. They claimed to fix the problem, but I'm still waiting for the desk. I asked for a phone call to arrange a refund, but I haven't heard anything back. Also, there's no contact number on the website, so it's hard to get help.

    New furniture purchase for my son's room

    I'm really annoyed about the lack of updates on when my son's new furniture will be delivered. I've tried getting in touch with customer service several times, but they either haven't been helpful or haven't replied at all. It's making the whole thing seem like a complete joke.
