Kids Bed Purchase
I bought a bed for my child at this shop and I have to say, I am really happy with it. The bed looks fantastic, it's really well made and strong. It's even better than I expected in terms of how it looks and how well it works. Choosing the bed was simple and the staff knew what they were talking about and helped me pick the right one. The bed arrived quickly and was put together well. All in all, I am really pleased with my shopping experience at this store and with the bed I bought.
Furniture
I bought some furniture from this company and I was really let down by the quality. I got a replacement bed for one that was faulty, but the new one broke in the same place because it wasn't put together properly. The standard of construction is really terrible and not okay. It's obvious that the company hasn't actually made any improvements to their products like they said they have.
Desk purchase for daughter
I ordered a desk for my daughter back on the 22nd of April, with the company promising a delivery window of 5 to 10 days. However, it's been four weeks now, and the desk still hasn't arrived. I've sent two emails asking about my order, but all I got was a response saying there was an internal error in the system. They claimed to fix the problem, but I'm still waiting for the desk. I asked for a phone call to arrange a refund, but I haven't heard anything back. Also, there's no contact number on the website, so it's hard to get help.
