I recently bought a garden shed from this company, and I have to say I was really impressed with the service I got. Right from when I placed my order, they kept me informed every step of the way. I got a confirmation email soon after ordering, which included detailed delivery instructions. I could have changed my delivery slot if I had needed to, but I was happy with the original one they gave me. The day before delivery, I got an update on my delivery time slot, and the delivery driver – a chap named Jake – was really nice to deal with. Jake was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. He even made sure to unload the shed exactly where I wanted it in my garden, and then checked in with me at the front door to make sure I was happy. All in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase and the service I got.
Sheds assembly
I bought a shed assembly from this company not long ago and, to be honest, I ran into quite a few warped pieces. The door was also warped and had a split in it, making the whole thing look a bit shabby. Luckily, my son is pretty good with his hands and managed to fix it up a bit.
New shed purchase
I'm really chuffed with my new shed that I recently bought. The delivery driver was absolutely brilliant, so friendly and helpful the whole time. I really liked the regular updates about the delivery, it made the whole experience even better. The shed itself is of great quality, even better than I thought it would be. I'm over the moon with my purchase!
Summer house and base
I had such a great experience with Shedstore. Their website was really easy to use and had all the info I needed. Paying for my order was super quick and straightforward. The base turned up first and was a breeze to put together. Then, a few days later, the summer house arrived, and the delivery driver, Carl, was amazing. He even asked me where I wanted it and made sure it was in the right spot. All in all, a really smooth and hassle-free experience.
Shed purchase
I've just got myself a new shed and it's absolutely fantastic! It looks just like the picture and was really easy to put together. I'd definitely recommend all my mates to get a shed from here.
Nice little shed

Delayed shed delivery
I ordered a shed over 8 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for it to turn up. The store says it's been delivered but I haven't received a thing. Whenever I get in touch, they keep asking me for my order number and address over and over again. It's so annoying and their customer service is terrible. I'm thinking about taking legal action to get a refund.
Shed purchase for garden
I bought a shed for my garden from this company because they have lots of high-quality sheds that can last for 25 years without needing extra treatment. Ordering was easy and I liked being able to pick a delivery date that suited me. The shed hasn't arrived yet, but I'm happy with the service I've received up to now.
Metal garden shed
The metal garden shed I bought turned up right on time, which was really handy for me. I could keep an eye on where it was with the tracker they gave me. The delivery driver was really nice and helped me out, so getting the shed was easy. I'm pleased with the shed itself, but having pre-drilled screw holes would have made putting it together a bit simpler.
A cool garden shed
I recently bought this amazing garden shed and I absolutely adore it! It adds such a great touch to my backyard and is so handy for keeping all my outdoor items and tools safe. One thing that did bug me though was that the instructions for putting it together were quite confusing.
So, I gave them a call to ask about the installation cost, but the person on the other end wouldn't give me a straight answer and just told me to look online instead. Bit annoying if you ask me!7 x 5 shed
I bought a 7 x 5 shed, but the wood panels were all wonky. The wood had knots that were really thin, cracked, and some bits were even falling out. I had to do a load of fixes like using wood filler and expanding foam, putting in new screws, and beefing up the structure with some fresh wood. The shed was a bit rubbish when it came to keeping out the weather - loads of cracks, gaps, and holes everywhere. After spending ages fixing it up, it's finally in a good enough state to actually use.
Canceled order
I had to cancel my order from this place, but let me tell you, their customer service was absolutely brilliant! They sorted out my refund in record time and were so lovely about the whole situation.
Garden shed
Our carpenter said worst example he'd seen of shoddy and inadequate materials supplied for the size of shed. I found shedstore failed to take any responsibility. They said they would comply with the outcome of any legal action taken.
Section 75 claim was successful and Iam being paid out in full. Be warned. I would NEVER buy from shedstore again. They are not interested even when the materials supplied are poor and clearly not fit for purpose. Professional advice taken and trading standards were also involved in this instance.Patio shed

Wouldn't use this company anything else or recommend. Patio storage delivered three weeks ago with missing parts, multiple calls and emails and no progress whosoever in getting a resolution. I was impressed with all the Trust Pilot reviews and I must say that the ordering and delivery process was excellent with a delivery time slot being given. I will also say that the instructions were clear and that plenty of screws etc were provided. There however ends the positive comment. I chose this shed because I just needed a low cost option for garden tool storage, lawn mower and a bike. All I wanted was something weatherproof and reasonably sturdy. The 15 year rot guarantee was attractive. I saw a similar size product at B&M Home Bargains for about £70 cheaper but assumed that the Shed Store product would be superior. Not so. It is little more than several flimsy fence panels with very poor quality framing. Many of the frame sections were bent making joining the panels without gaps impossible. Fortunately I had a supply of timber off cuts to hand which I could use to modify and fill. The only quality piece of wood is the central roof joist. I kept telling myself that once finished the whole thing may suddenly acquire some structural integrity. When I came to fit the door it would not close because the post to which the hinges attach was warped preventing the door closing against the weather strip. After spending the whole day trying to be positive and adapting as best I could I finally decided that the pallet that the shed came on was of superior quality. I then proceeded to 'slaughter 'the pallet and use the wood to provide internal bracing so that at least it felt like it would not collapse if a pigeon flew into it! After several days several of the overlaps have started to warp leaving gaps through which small rodents would easily pass. There was also a pool of moisture on the floor where two of the panels meet. In the end I have decided to slap several coats of stain/preserver on hoping that this may at least give the wood some chance of surviving the winter. I will also add that the shed was installed on a perfectly level concrete base which previously had a shed on it for at least 20 years. Yes this is a cheap shed but there are plenty of better cheap sheds around. Not sure if this reflects on the quality of Shedstore's other products. I am looking to install a a high quality security shed for my motorcycle but dont think I will take the risk with Shedstore and will look for a local supplier. At these troubled times (Covid 19) I really don't want to waste my breath making a complaint having far more significant things to worry about. All I can say is don't waste your money on this particular product.
Surely the best retail place for sheds , summer houses and green houses
Shedstore is quite helpful on any sort of shed houses like green house or summerhouse. the people their are quite assisting and helpful on the guidance regarding these things. I have a set up a garden house at my backyard. It cost me lot :) but worth it.
they are specialist in this domain, so I felt assured on the choices. their services and products are premium and best in the industry.
