2 dresses
Ordered 2 dresses same size. One was too big. The other too small. The online return process doesn't work. I won't order anything again.
I need to return the top l ordered but there is no returns label and no QR code
Same here I ordered two tops and they are not showing up on my account so cant send one of them back! cant find a customer service email or telephone number. Very frustration
Maxi dresses
Quality of the dresses is exceptional for the price.
Beautifully packaged.
Delivery is slow but that is reflected in the price of the garments.
Their maxi dresses are unique, and attract many compliments. I don't order from any other site.Clothing

Lovely product but unfortunately didn't fit, never had a problem sending items back, but this time I have never experienced the hassle trying to get on the site to print labels to send items back I have had many items from shein and the sizes and quality is fantastic but sending items back now is hard

What you need to expect is...
-Cheap some low quality some high
-Not very fast shipping unless you buy something the staff like or the person who makes your delivery likes

-Good customer service
-info about the company (email phone founder etc)
All in all, most are positive! Don’t be reading the bad ones first like I always do! Read the positives but please do your research before ordering a item!

Unfortunately they both were made VERY SMALL, great for slim small people but the extra large was not extra large at all disappointed.
And although they say at the top of website FREE RETURNS this is not true they charge you so I order to try on clothes that are not labelled correctly I had to pay and was out of pocket ! Won’t order from here again.
I think this is false advertising !!!MY a response is I said I would not order again from SHEIN but they put YES !!
Blouse
Appalling customer service. Returned item by tracked mail yet six weeks later I am still awaiting a refund. Very difficult to contact them and when you can find an email address you are ignored.
Dresses
The material is always good quality. Order your real size, although their size chart is great. First place I look for items.
Phone cases
Complaint... I have not received my refund for 2 items I returned, I have sent several emails plus proof of sending, no reply. Perhaps someone from customer service may like to contact me.
3 tunic dresses
came in lovely reusable zippy bags which I'll reuse items fitted really well I'm size 18 but ordered the 20 and fitted well 18 be to tight really pleased with items looks the same as was advertised on site /gd prices cheap and affordable /down side found they were polyester not my favourite materiel but for the prices ok perfer cotton really / wearing one of the dresses very lightweight felt gd in it nice length ill order some more thank you

I have used this site for about 2 years and I would recommend, I've had no issues with them unlike the usual British clothes sites.amazing prices and good quality for that price ????

I ordered these three items on 7 April.. Still waiting ???? I have no way of contacting these people.. ????. Absolutely ridiculous having to wait this length of time !!! Needed these items ASAP,,,still haven't received them yet.. please take note if this ad this is not good write up for shein... one unhappy ???? customer!!!
Nicely oversized
Was sent the wrong size. Couldn't find a way to return the item because I checked out as a guest. They would not respond to any emails. Raised a case with PayPal. Thats when they responded. Shein said that they will refund me 3/4 of the item price. Why not refund me all of my money when this is not my error? No I want all my money and I will send back the item.
I was provided a return address by Shein to Belgium. Sent it and the parcel came back to me as undelivered even though I sent it tracked. Scam artists. So I have an item that I cannot used because it dont fit.

Clothes
Never again. Pyjamas made out of some wired stretchy material. The type you'd buy your granny if she was in a home. If I could've wore the packaging the clothes came I I'd have preferred that to the clothes inside it.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF RETURNS COSTS !!!! AWFUL !!!! This site is great, the value and clothes are very good but I had to return 2 items today so took the parcel along to the post office and had to pay £10 to send it back to BELGIUM !!!!! I don't have a printer to print off a label. ASOS has a much better returns system. I will NOT be buying anything again.

2 jumpers
I ordered 2 jumpers from Shein on 1st October. My money has been taken out of my account and I have not received anything. I sent e-mails to customer service and only get automatic generated e-mails back.... I won't order again

I never received the items I paid for. I want a refund. I keep messaging them.. And they are just ignoring me. I have spend lots of money buying off them... But... NO ANY MORE. I am totally disappointed.
Trousers
Disposable trousers.... Bought a load of beautiful clothes. Put on a pair of cargo trousers and went for a 3 hour walk. Put my phone (a galaxy s10, so not particularly large and not sharp) in my pocket with plenty of room to spare. I watched as a hole developed, the length of the pocket. There was no hole to start with or I obviously wouldn't have worn them. Contacted Shein who told me that the policy is to return the damaged product UNWORN. I explained that it wasn't damaged until I'd worn them. They then responded by saying that since I've worn them, I couldn't get a refund. I explained that I don't buy clothes that I deem to be disposable. They said "sorry, that's our policy". What is going on? If it was a high Street shop, I could have taken them back. What's the difference? Just because its a Internet purchase. I'm very upset by this. This puts these trousers at a rate of £5per hour, as they were only on for 3 hours. The hole is so large, it cannot be fixed
