Steam gift cards
I really shouldn't be writing a review right now, but I just have to share my experience with Startselect. They act as a middleman, not an official seller of steam gift cards - they get them from their suppliers. If you have any problems with a card you receive, they won't own up to it and hide behind the rules saying it never happens. Even if you give them all the info they need, you won't get anywhere with this company. I've been sending and getting emails back and forth, but it's all the same standard responses with no real actions taken to solve the issue. I've tried to provide all the details possible, I even contacted Steam, but they just keep blaming the customer and won't look at their own mistakes. It's really made me lose faith in Startselect, even though I've bought many steam gift cards from them and most times it was fine - until something went wrong. They just refuse to take any responsibility, claiming it's the fault of the customer, not theirs.
App Store Gift Card
I've been using this service for a while now, and I've always found it pretty easy to reach customer service. But, lately, it's been a bit trickier to get in touch with them. I reckon it would be handy to have a simpler way for customers to ask questions about their purchase limits - like how many App Store Gift Cards we can buy in a week. That kind of info would be really useful for folks like me who buy digital gift cards regularly.
