Recently, I bought a £100 apple gift card from this website. To my dismay, I didn't get the redemption code for the card. When I tried to get help from their automated system, I couldn't speak to a real person who could help me sort out the issue and give me the code. It was really annoying and I felt let down by the lack of customer support.
