Placed an order late; got a confirmation and it turned up next day, a nice surprise — their support chased Royal Mail once after a delay, quite refreshing.
A bit wary, then chuffed
I wasn't sure at first, seemed too good to be true; after a quick phone chat to tweak the order and same week delivery, I used it that evening and was pleased, relieved
Quick sort, minor gripe
Spotted their kit on a mate's feed. Delivery was bang on time, packaging over the top, but the real win was Tac Tree's quick reply when I ordered the wrong trousers — sent a returns number right away. Told a couple mates.
Quick and worth it
Felt a bit iffy before I clicked buy — wondered if the kit would be cheap. Got it for weekend walks and EDC, and honestly those doubts faded fast. Order came quick, really quick, no problems, so I'm properly glad I went for it.
Not bad, actually
Felt like they'd be a bit rushed, but the kit itself is solid and easy to use (even under pressure). Staff were patient and sorted a late delivery for me, so actually pretty pleased.
