I bought a bed from that shop nearly two months back and I still haven't got it yet. Even though I paid for it upfront, they keep giving me different excuses for the delay in delivering it. They told me the bed got stuck in a container because of some issue and it should have been at the warehouse by a certain date, but it's still not here. My emails asking about my order have been ignored, and when I called customer service, they were really rude and impatient. It's annoying to feel like I'm a bother just for wanting to know when my purchase will arrive. I'm starting to doubt if my bed will ever show up. I've asked for a refund if it doesn't arrive in the next two weeks. It's disappointing to see a company selling stuff that they can't deliver in a reasonable time.
Efficient website, clear instructions, complete parts
The website was really easy to use, and we kept getting updates on when our delivery was gonna arrive. The instructions were clear, but we did need two people for some parts of the assembly. Everything we needed was included, and it all fit together perfectly when we put it together. The end result looks amazing, and the price was pretty fair too. I'd definitely tell others to give it a go.
Quality furniture, free delivery, excellent service
I'm really impressed with the quality of the furniture I bought, especially considering the price I paid. It was great to get free delivery and the team delivering it were really careful with my items. Even though there was a little delay in getting it to me, it was definitely worth waiting for. I bought a dining table from this shop recently and I have to say, the whole experience was really impressive. I bought a wardrobe from the shop the other day and I must admit, I was really impressed with how everything went down. Ordering it was a breeze, got it delivered right on time as they said. The delivery guy was really nice, he made sure that the mirror on my wardrobe was intact before he left.
Bed purchase, easy assembly, looks great in guest room
I bought a bed from this store the other day and I have to say I'm really happy with it. The bed was just as they described and was simple to put together. It looks amazing in my newly decorated guest room and really ties the whole room together. I was pleased to see that the bed was available and the delivery didn't take long at all, which was a nice surprise. All in all, I had a great time shopping here and will definitely be buying from them again. Thanks a lot!
Dressing Table Set
I bought a dressing table set from this shop not long ago, and sadly, one of the drawers had a handle that was broken when it arrived. I got in touch with customer service and they were really helpful and quick to respond. They sent me a replacement part without delay and gave me instructions on how to put it all together. The new part arrived soon after and I managed to finish putting together the dressing table set without any problems. I'm really grateful for the great communication and assistance from the customer service team, which made my shopping experience a good one.
Furniture
To be honest, I was a bit unsure when my furniture delivery was delayed, but I must admit, they did a really good job keeping me in the loop. They made sure to update me at every stage and were really sorry about the delay, even though it wasn't on them. The delivery guys were brilliant too, super professional and quick. All in all, it was a really good experience and I'd definitely suggest this store to others.
Sideboard purchase
My partner and I bought a sideboard from this company not long ago, and we were really happy with both the quality of the sideboard and the service we got. The sideboard was really good quality and we thought it was great value for money. The customer service was brilliant - everyone we spoke to knew their stuff and was really helpful. The delivery happened when they said it would, and we felt really well looked after the whole time. Dining table and chairs
I recently bought a dining table and chairs from The Furn Shop. I ran into a problem with my order and had a hard time getting in touch with the customer service team. The opening hours on the website were different from the actual hours, which was pretty frustrating. But then, after leaving a review about my issues, I got a call from Roy. He took care of everything over the phone and was really helpful. He even offered me a discount for the trouble, but I ended up asking for a refund because I had already sorted things out elsewhere due to time constraints. The whole thing was sorted out in just 3 working days, and I was grateful for Roy's professionalism and his efforts to find a good solution.
Super-king mattress
I thought I'd go for it and buy a super-king mattress from this shop because I'd heard great things about their prices and fast delivery. Everything went really smoothly and without any problems, and they even called to check if I was happy with the delivery. I really liked the fact that they pay attention to customer satisfaction. I'd definitely suggest these guys to anyone after some top-quality furniture.
Nest of tables purchase
I recently bought a nest of tables from The Furn Shop, and the whole process was really easy. The Treviso nest of tables turned up quickly and in mint condition, exactly as I'd hoped for. The delivery team were really polite and quick, even giving me a call afterwards to check that everything was alright. I'm pleased with the level of customer service from The Furn Shop, and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Do not buy from this company !!!!!!!! Customer service appalling & think I’m going to have problem getting my money back .Will come back & update FULL story later but just want to make sure I warn any bank holiday shoppers !!!!!
