I have to say, the service at this place is absolutely fantastic. The website was so easy to use, placing my order was a walk in the park. And let's have a chat about the delivery, it was super quick! My fire pit showed up before I even realised, and it's just what I was after. I'm a very satisfied customer, no doubt about it.
LED light product purchase
I bought this LED light thing from The Glow Company back in January, but it went wrong after a few weeks. I got in touch with their customer service team, via email and phone, and I have to admit, they were really helpful and quick to respond. They didn't just offer me a replacement for the faulty product, they even gave me a choice of colours to make sure I was happy with it. The new part arrived at 10am the very next morning, which I thought was pretty impressive.
Four LED bulbs
I recently bought four LED bulbs from The Glow Company and I'm really pleased with them. They look brilliant in my summer house and give off just the right amount of light. One of the bulbs had some visible LEDs, which seemed a bit off, but when the company got in touch with me on Thursday to ask if everything was alright with my order, I mentioned the issue. To my surprise, they offered to send me a replacement without me even having to ask, and it arrived on Saturday. I was really impressed by their customer service and how quickly they sorted out the problem. The bulbs are top quality and they've created a lovely atmosphere in my outdoor space. I would definitely recommend both the bulbs and the company for their fantastic customer service.
Easy return process
I had the pleasure of working with this company recently to return an item that was the wrong size. When I called their customer service, I was pleasantly surprised to speak to a real person right away, which doesn't happen very often these days. The representative was really helpful and quick, sending me return labels via email in no time at all. I then ordered the correct item, which arrived promptly. The whole experience was easy and stress-free, all thanks to the excellent service provided by the company. I would definitely recommend their services.
Variety of lighting options
I recently bought a bunch of lights from the website and I was really impressed with how easy it was to find what I needed. There were loads of different options to choose from. The ordering process was really simple and the delivery was quick, which was great. Although, I did have to order more of one item because my teenagers claimed it as soon as it arrived!
Solar light bulbs
The website was dead easy to use, found what I wanted proper quick. The delivery was pretty rapid, got my solar light bulbs in no time. When I plonked them out in the sun, they lit up like magic! Definitely would shop here again, everything was ace.
Tutu skirts purchase
I bought some tutu skirts from The Glow Company and they were just what I wanted. The material was top-notch and the skirts fit perfectly. The colours were really bright and added a bit of fun to my moonwalking practice. Ordering them was easy peasy and they arrived quickly. I ended up getting a few more skirts for my students and they loved them too. All in all, I had a great time shopping with The Glow Company and I reckon their stuff is worth checking out.
LED flame candles
I bought some lovely LED grey dancing flame candles from this company not long ago and I have to say I'm really pleased with how they look and the service I received. The candles give a cosy feel to my home and they look so realistic. They were packed up really well too, so they arrived in perfect condition. When I had a question, the customer service team were really quick to help and very friendly. I'll definitely be shopping with them again because of the great service and top-notch product quality.
Cool Lamp with App
Wow, I just got this lamp and it's amazing! The delivery was really quick and the lamp has some fantastic features, like being able to programme it with an app. We were so pleasantly surprised and happy with how fantastic it is!!
Lamp purchase, well packaged
I was really pleased with all the stuff they had at this shop, loads of different things to choose from. And there were some awesome discounts going on too, which is always a bonus. The lamp I bought was packaged up so well, it was like opening a safe! The delivery was super quick and smooth, which is always a good thing. On the whole, I'm chuffed with my purchase.
Secret Santa gift purchase
I recently bought a special 'weather predicting gnome' as a Secret Santa present. The purchase process went really smoothly, with the item being accepted and sent out on the same day, and it arrived the next day. They even took note of the colour we wanted and made sure to send that one. The quality of the product was even better than I expected, and the person who received the gift really loved it - it was a lovely and different present that caught their eye. Fantastic service, beautiful products
I ordered a lovely product called angel chimes, when I received it I found that the product did not rotate as it should, I got on to Glow and without hesitation they sent me a free of charge returns docket and then after investigating the issue they sent out replacements which I have received today.
What a fantastic way this company deal with their customers, they obviously know that excellent customer services does count.
I will be ordering off this company again without hesitation.Very interested service
