Watch arrived early
My new watch arrived earlier than I thought, which was really good! The only problem was that the delivery person just left the package outside my door. I also wish there were some instructions included. Even though there were a few small issues, I really like my new watch and would definitely buy from here again!

The watch strap bar ... was broken, so the watch strap is not fixed to the watch.
I've never worn the watch, so it is not wear and tear. Luckily I wanted to change the straps, otherwise I would not have noticed the problem and it would just have fallen off my wrist.
Customer services refuses to help and denies any responsibility.
Extremely poor service, do not buy.Order not received, promised refund
That's ridiculous! I ordered something and it never arrived. They said I'd get a refund, but I haven't received anything. It's a complete con!
