In my last order I have received faulty DeWalt drill straight faulty of the box, so I send them email with pictures of the fault etc. ask them to send back faulty tool for inspection and get replacement or refund whatever better for them,, I get answer after two days with phone number for repair service which will be repaired under warranty. Which is not acceptable I received faulty tool and now I have to deal with repair centre? Waiting weeks for repair and get back refurbished tool? I bought brand new tool not refurbished,,, where is my customer rights?
I have sent them email that I am not happy to do send brand new tool for repair, but no answer yet,,, they are probably busy messaging other people asking for feedbacks,,, well I opened PayPal case as items I received is not as described,,, so I have faulty tool and I have to wait for PayPal to refund me,,, definitely not recommending this company as they not have customer support at all,, you basically buying tools without any warranty from them and only can relay on manufacturers warranty,, very annoying..
Ignore my negative feedback above, it's turns up that is was just miss understanding,, all is sorted now.
bahco socket set
They sold me a decidedly dodgy "Bahco" socket set, I asked to return it as its not right, they will not take it back unless i pay £10 return postage, this is totally illegal under the 2015 consumer rights act, but they ignore all laws and write the rule book themselves, AVOID AVOID AVOID
I bought a socket set which when it arrived was of questionable quality and not at all the same as the other sockets sets that I already have of the same brand, I contacted toolden to return it, they want me to pay return postage for it, even thought the goods are not right, I will avoid these people in future.

Cheap but, for a reason. There's no one behind the facade.
Was looking at 2 makita models of lawnmower on toolden's website, pushed the button to buy the model I wanted (the bigger model) but had inadvertently put the smaller model in my checkout basket. I realised immediately and sent toolden a message through their messaging portal on their website, advising them of my error and to call me before they dispatch the item. I called the number on their website but it was a bank holiday Monday and understandidly I got a voicemail message to call back during office hours. I called back the following day, around 10am, and got the same message, as I did again later that afternoon. I sent another message through their website, and called twice again, the following day (with the same "call back during office hours" message) and again on the Thursday, until later that day, the 'wrong' mower was delivered.
So the one star rating is fitting for their complete absence of customer service and the fact they lie about having one. Their website even had a banner splashed across the top of the page, stating how they are 'all systems operating' during Covid-19...
They were the cheapest merchant for the mower I could find, and I guess if I hadn't made an error when ordering, I'd be none the wiser and happy with the product and price. But the fact remains, I did order the wrong item, and despite my best efforts to immediately rectify the issue, and continuously for 3 days, without response (and still 10 days later I have yet to receive a response to my messages) tells you all you need to know about the company. Will never use them again, regardless of price.
