Ordered from this company over two weeks ago - little to no communication from them. After several e-mails I asked for an up-date and got very little back. Asked again this morning and they have now cancelled my order.
They are using the new/standard Covid response to provide a poor service... I would not recommend this company!Replacement B&D strimmer wire

Leaf blower
I ordered the leaf blower on 21st April and paid extra for delivery on 28th April. There has been no delivery or notification of when I can expect it. You can’t reach anyone on the phone and as I didn’t set up an account (I checked out as a guest), I can’t track the item. I would never use this company again.
