I made a little mistake with my order not too long ago, but the customer service team really came through and sorted everything out for me. They got back to me quickly and gave me clear instructions on what to do next. I was really grateful for their speedy and helpful support.
Climbing frame purchase
I recently bought a climbing frame from this company and had a little problem with it. Initially, I got the climbing frame from another company but they weren't very helpful in sorting out the issue. However, when I got in touch with this company, their customer service was amazing. They responded quickly and sorted out the problem straight away. I can't thank them enough for their efficient and professional service. Thanks for helping me with the climbing frame problem.
Pre ordered a multiuse swingball set
I pre-ordered a swingball set from this place, and honestly, I'm really let down. I've paid for it, but where is it? I've sent loads of emails and got no response at all. It's my son's money that he worked hard for to buy this set, and now he's so disappointed. I'm just really angry and frustrated about the whole situation.
Swing set and slide
Wow, I just have to say, the customer service was absolutely fantastic! They were really helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. Big shoutout to the staff for being so friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot for making my experience so enjoyable!
Tractor and trailer purchase
I've just bought a tractor and trailer for my grandson's birthday, but it broke the next day which was quite disappointing. However, the company was really quick to fix the issue. They arranged for a replacement to be sent out promptly. I have to admit, despite the initial problem, they dealt with it really well. I'm grateful for their fast response and their effort to make it right. I'll definitely think about buying from them again in the future.
Trike parent handle issue
We bought a trike and the parent handle was a bit rubbish, made of cheap plastic that broke easily. When we got in touch with customer service, they weren't up for replacing it as we were out of warranty. They even asked for photos of the handle before rejecting our claim, which seems like they knew about the problem. It's annoying to fork out for something that doesn't last and even more annoying when the company won't back their dodgy products. Better give your parent handle a look before your warranty runs out, just in case you need a replacement.
Swing set purchase
I bought a swing set from this company not long ago and at first, I thought there was something wrong with it. But, when I got in touch with their customer service, they were really helpful and pointed out that I had just set it up the wrong way. They even went above and beyond by sending me a video tutorial on how to put it together correctly. I was really impressed by how well they treated me and how patient they were.
Tp Trike with handle
I purchased this product from Tesco and gave it to my son for my small grandchild. On assembling it 1 crucial part was missing.I In spoke to them through the robotic service was was so disappointed with them. Because I bought it in a sale, they weren’t really interested in helping me I feel. I asked if I could purchase the part I need. It was £14.99 plus £4.99 postage which is rediculous.I will not pay almost £20 for a part that should have been in the box. I may as well put the product straight in the bin. So unhelpful.I will never buy another one of your products. I have a very very large family and have 80 young children in the whole family and will warn them not to purchase any of your products. All I wanted was something nice for my grandson.
TP treehouse
Initial treehouse purchase was great! Bought accessories the year after, delivery was quick but the items did not fit correctly measurements were not as advertised. After contacting them we were told that the treehouse that we originally bought had been discontinued and a new update version was now being sold and the accessories only fit the new one. We had been terribly mislead and now were stuck with £100 of accessories that we could not use. TP customer service were no help at all. No number to call, emails back and forth were not getting me anywhere, I asked on a number of occasions could they call me to discuss the issues but no one would, they actually were ignoring my questions and writing there own robotic response. Awful customer service the worst I’ve ever experienced!
Swing
Ordered a swing which said it was in stock. Paid but received no confirmation nor any correspondence from this company.
Called their ‘customer service’ number only to be greeted by a very abrupt and rude woman who was no help whatsoever.
The item turned up about 3 weeks later.

Delivery system is good and timely. More then 7 times different items purchased in last 15 months ,but every time your were on committed time
