I ordered a top from this company website, paying for next day delivery which never came on time, it actually took 3 working days to arrive. I wrote an email to complain about this as it doesn’t look fair to pay for a service that you don’t receive. I never got an answer back from them which it’s not very professional at all, at least you should reply to your customers. So I can say that the customer service was awful as well as the service. They could not deliver my item on time, charged me for it and ignored me after I complained about it.
I would not recommend anyone buying in this company. Very unprofessional and unreliable.Cristina, I had the exact same. Pathetic service and attitude. I paid for next day delivery on 28th June and now 7th July still no sign. All they say is wait 7ntik the 10th July!
3 piece loungewear
This is my second purchase with them. Very quick delivery and always friendly customer service. They send all orders in a stylish box with a wrapping paper. Excellent packaging. I bought al my Christmas gifts from them.
Green slip dress
I purchased wrong dress and noticed when parcel arrived. Contacted them via their WhatsApp service on their website and get response in a minute. Send me correct item wit free return label. Excellent service, great product. Will definitely order again!
Magenta dress
Received the wrong dress initially. They were quick to send me the correct dress. Returned both. Waiting 2 months for a refund and then I get a response saying the item was worn and I wont be refunded. They are returning the item which is bull. The item was tried on, didn't fit and boxes back up. Terrible company.
Black Dress
Dress did not fit. Sent package off via tracked post weeks ago and have heard nothing. Tried contacting them via phone and email and have heard nothing. Facebook messaged them and after giving my order number and tracking number on their request, they stopped messaging back and have heard nothing since.

OK on getting average product out at an average price.
HOWEVER ....
Tried to contact them over several weeks. Been bombarding them with emails and trying to get hold of them by phone to request a return. No response at all. Phone line now dead. Have they stopped trading? Company still taking orders. Be careful.High quality, variety of clothing and best range to go for
It has been great quality, a range of products in clothing, fashion-oriented, occassion oriented and much more extensive in the choices which is the best part for me.
Urban touch stood up to its name pretty well,. I have been an constant buyer and can say things has been quite well with these guys.
Even delivery is fine.
