Dress purchase
I bought a dress from this shop recently and my experience was really good. However, there was a problem with the delivery as Royal Mail accidentally sent my dress to the wrong address. I tried to sort it out myself at first, but then I decided to contact the customer service team. Stacey from the customer service team was fantastic. She was understanding, caring, and quickly sent me a replacement dress. She even said sorry, even though it wasn't their fault. I was really happy with the service and how they dealt with the issue. The dress is also beautiful and I'm really pleased with my purchase.
Clothing items
My experience with Urban Touch was really disappointing. I ordered some clothes and they just weren't up to scratch, especially for the prices they were asking. Trying to get hold of customer service for a refund was a nightmare - it took me nearly seven weeks to even get a response. That's just not on. Based on this bad time I had, I wouldn't advise anyone else to use this company.
Got a dress for my cousin's party
I got a dress for my cousin's party and it arrived really quickly! The packaging was great and the dress was beautiful. It fitted me perfectly and the quality was fantastic. The only issue was that the customer service was a bit slow, but apart from that, I'd definitely suggest this place to others!
Dress return issue
I had a really bad time with this company. They said I sent back a dress with a stain, but that wasn't true. The photo they showed as proof looked like a different colour to the one I got. I felt really let down by their poor customer service and how they dealt with the issue. I won't be going back to them for sure.

I've got to say, the customer service at this place is absolutely fantastic. They get back to you quickly, give you exact answers, and offer top-notch quality. The delivery was super quick, and the stuff I got was totally worth the money. I had a really satisfying time shopping here and would definitely suggest it to anyone. Returned item
I bought something from that shop but had to give it back because it didn't fit properly. I sent it back on the 15th of November to the address on the delivery slip, making sure to use a signed-for service to be safe. However, I've contacted them several times through WhatsApp, Instagram, and their customer service email, but still haven't heard anything about my refund. The item was nice, but the poor communication and not sorting out my return has really let me down.
Gorgeous dress
I absolutely loved my experience with this company. The team was so fast, efficient, and really lovely. Their online chat service was super quick at responding and sorted out my issue straight away. When my order didn't come on time, they refunded the postage in a flash. The dress I bought was just stunning, it came wrapped beautifully in tissue and boxed up nicely. I'm over the moon with my purchase!
Floral dress purchase
I recently bought a floral dress from Urban Touch, and although it wasn't really my usual style, I was really impressed by the quality and colour of the dress. What really made the experience stand out for me was the amazing customer service. Stacey, in particular, went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. She was so attentive and helpful, making the whole shopping trip really enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others, even if the dress didn't fit me perfectly. Pretty dresses
I'm completely in love with the gorgeous dresses I bought from this place. They're such great quality, the fabric is lovely, and they're really well crafted. The customer service here is excellent as well. I really appreciate how easy it is to contact them on WhatsApp and they always respond quickly. I'm so excited to get more dresses from here, they're just adorable!
Return of item for refund
I'm really not happy with the customer service I've been getting from this store. I've been trying to get in touch with them by phone but it just keeps ringing without anyone answering, and my emails have been totally ignored. At first, they were quick to respond when I asked for a return label, but since I sent back the item with a tracked delivery service, I've heard nothing about my refund. I've sent them a few more emails asking about it, but I've had no response at all from customer service.
3 Dresses
Oh my goodness, I've never bought from there before and it was just fantastic! I came across their products on Instagram and had to buy some dresses. The quality is really great, like seriously amazing. They even arrived in a nice box with tissue paper. Initially, I opted for standard delivery, but then I changed my mind. I contacted their customer service team and they were able to switch it to a different option at no additional cost. They respond very quickly and are so helpful!
My top order for next day delivery
I ordered a top for next day delivery, but it didn't come on time. Then, they sent me someone else's order by mistake. I returned it and was promised that my correct top would be sent with express delivery. However, I'm still waiting for it. I'm really frustrated!
Lovely dresses
I recently bought a lovely dress from an online shop and it was amazing! The quality was really great and it even came in a fancy box, which was a nice touch. I did have a small issue with my order, but the customer service team I spoke to were really friendly and sorted it out for me.
Shoes and clothing
I had an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. I placed an order for some shoes and clothing, but after two weeks, my order was nowhere to be seen! And to top it off, the tracking info they gave me was totally fake. It was pretty clear they hadn't even sent it out yet. I tried emailing them multiple times, but they just ignored me. It wasn't until I phoned them that I finally got a response. Luckily, I managed to get a refund, but I've heard horror stories from others who are still waiting for ages with no luck. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company!
Last-minute event outfit
I was really in a hurry to find an outfit for a sudden event, so I thought I'd try this place. Even though they didn't do next day delivery, they made a huge effort to assist me. The dress didn't arrive in time, but they sorted it out by sending a new one straight to my hotel. They kept in touch very well, and they truly saved the day. Despite the small issue with the delivery, I can't fault their amazing service and eagerness to help. The dress was absolutely beautiful, and I will definitely come back for more shopping in the future.
Satin slip dress
I am really disappointed with the service from Urban Touch. I bought a satin slip dress from them through a third-party website, but when it arrived, they said I had stained it. I hadn't even put it on, just saw the colour wasn't right and put it back in the bag. The picture they sent of the so-called stain just looked like a crease to me. It's clear that Urban Touch is being dishonest, so I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
Wedding dress purchase
I bought a dress for a wedding but had to return it because it didn't fit my pregnant body. Luckily, the return went really smoothly and Stacey was a great help. I really appreciated her professional and friendly assistance. I'll definitely be coming back to shop at your store again once I've had the baby.
Dress purchase
I recently ordered a gorgeous dress from an online shop and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it arrived, considering I didn't opt for express delivery. The dress is absolutely lovely and it fits me like a glove! The customer service team was really kind and helpful when I reached out to them. They made it simple for me to decide what to purchase. The only downside was that it took them a while to respond (three whole hours!). They explained that they were swamped with Summer orders, so I guess it's understandable.
Dress purchase
I recently bought a dress from this shop, and let me tell you, I was really disappointed with the quality. As soon as I opened it up, I could see a loose button that just fell off. I emailed their customer service about it but haven't heard back yet. It's really annoying to spend your hard-earned cash on something that's so badly made, and even worse when they don't bother to respond to your complaints.
Green silk dress
Ordered a dress using next day delivery, received 5 days later. Disappointing since you pay the price and received no update from the company either - also the dress was about £55!! At that price you’d think they could at least send your order out on time, or do not give a next day delivery option!
