3 items ordered, received only 2
I ordered 3 things from this shop, but I only got 2 of them. What really got to me was that they didn't let me know what happened to the missing item. I didn't know if it was coming later or what. It made me feel annoyed and unhappy about the whole shopping thing.
Missing top in order
I bought something from this shop not long ago and I was really disappointed to find that one of the tops I ordered was missing when my package arrived. I got in touch with their customer service straight away to let them know, but even after lots of back and forth and them asking for photos of what I did get, the problem still isn't sorted. It's really annoying to have paid for something I didn't get and for them to not own up to their mistake.
Black dress purchase
I bought a black dress from here and it was just as I expected. The quality was really good and it fit me perfectly. The customer service was also brilliant, they were really helpful and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend shopping here, no complaints at all.
Knitted dress
Customer service absolutely appalling! I returned an item using the return label they provided and it did not reach them. I have been trying to get a refund for 4 weeks now and I cannot get any satisfaction from their customer service helpline. I will not be using this company again.

very worst and worst service for return and refund. i have sent them 5 reminders via email., i called them too. first of all i was not getting even option of return in my account, finlaly after so much follow up i got option of return but still its not yet happened my return of refund very bad service of Veromoda about this/
