I got the package right on time, and everything was sorted and neat.
Quick delivery, correct order, good quality
I was really impressed by how quickly my order arrived, it came much sooner than I thought it would. The items were exactly what I expected and the quality was fantastic. They fit perfectly, I couldn't be happier.
Jacket with unsewn inside pockets
I was really disappointed with the poor quality of the jacket I bought. The inside pockets were not properly sewn at the bottom, which led to me accidentally damaging my phone when I put it in my pocket. It's just not right for a brand to sell products with such obvious flaws, especially when it's something as important as pockets on a jacket. This lack of care for detail really reflects badly on the brand's products as a whole. I'm disappointed that I spent money on something that turned out to be subpar and not reliable.
Clothing items
In my last shopping trip, I bought some clothes from your store. Sadly, when I tried them on, they didn't look right on me as I had expected. Nevertheless, I was impressed by how easy it was to get them delivered and returned. The quality of the items was good, but they just weren't quite right for me. Dress too small
I popped into the shop and tried on a dress, but it turned out to be too small. When I got home, I decided to order it online instead. Surprisingly, the dress arrived at my house just four days later, and the Track and Trace code was super accurate. All in all, I was really pleased with my shopping experience at this store.
Return refund delay
I returned the item, they got it, but still no refund. No one's getting back to me and it's so frustrating. Customer service has been rubbish - no sorry or anything for the wait. Feels like they're ignoring me and I'm not happy. Wish I never shopped here and would tell others to steer clear.
Colour discrepancy in clothing items
I recently bought two pieces of clothes from this shop, both in the same size but in different colours. When they arrived, I realised that they were completely different sizes. It was really disappointing because I made sure to order the same size for both items to make sure they fit well. But when I tried them on, it was obvious that there was a big difference in size, which means I can't wear them.
Poor quality clothing, incorrect sizes
I recently bought some clothes from this shop and I have to say, I was really let down by the quality. The sizes were all wrong, nothing like what I was expecting from the size guide they gave. And now I've got the bother of sending them back all the way to China. It's been a right pain, to be honest.
Difficult returns process
I find returning items I've ordered a real nightmare, especially for older folks who find using computers a bit of a challenge. Looks like I'll have to pass on ordering from this brand in the future.
Denim dresses (two - long sleeve and short sleeve) perfect fit size M
I recently bought two denim dresses; one with long sleeves and one with short sleeves, both in a size M, and they fit me just right. The service from the online store was really impressive. I also had to send back a couple of items that didn't fit, and I got my refund within a week, minus a small handling charge of €2.99. In general, I'm really happy with my shopping experience and would definitely think about buying from them online again.
Returned item today
The staff were really nice and helpful when I had to bring back something today. But, I was a bit surprised when one of them made a comment about the item I wanted to return that I thought was a bit unprofessional.
Trousers in wrong size with incorrect label
I recently purchased a pair of trousers that were supposed to be the same size as the ones I already have. Unfortunately, the trousers I received were much too big and had the incorrect size label on them. This mix-up has been really inconvenient for me as I now have to pay £2.99 to return them and then make a trip to the post office. It's really frustrating to have to deal with all this hassle just because of a mistake on their part. I was hoping for better quality control from them, and this whole situation has definitely made me think twice about ordering from them in the future.
Maternity clothing purchase
The maternity clothes they had were really good and I was happy with how quickly they arrived. Although, I did find that the smallest sizes were often out of stock, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, I had a positive experience shopping at the store.
Trench coat purchase
I bought a trench coat from this shop recently and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good quality and comfortable it is. The material is strong and it fits me perfectly, so I can wear it for lots of different things, whether it's smart or casual. I'd definitely suggest this trench coat to anyone wanting a fashionable and dependable coat.
New black dress
I recently purchased a new black dress, and to my disappointment, it arrived all crumpled up in an old plastic bag without any label. It seemed like someone had already attempted to cut the straps, and the dress appeared worn out. Considering the price I paid, the quality was really poor. On top of that, when I tried to email the company to lodge a complaint, they never got back to me. It's a Dutch-based company, and honestly, it feels like a scam. I regret spending my money there and definitely won't be making any future purchases from them.
Clothes shopping online
I hopped online to buy a few new outfits and it was dead easy to find what I was after. The snaps on the website were proper clear and showed exactly what the clothes looked like in real life. I was well chuffed when my order arrived because everything was just as I thought it would be. And to top it all off, I got some really good email updates while I was waiting for my order to turn up.
Black boots and grey sweater
I purchased a pair of black boots and a grey sweater from the store. The delivery was super quick - I ordered on Sunday and it arrived the following day! However, returning the items was a real hassle. Why can't they just put a return slip in the package? It would definitely make it easier for customers like me who need to send things back.
Women and children clothes
I was browsing the website as a customer and I did find it a bit tricky to find all the women and children's clothing I was looking for while using the Chrome browser on my mobile. But, even with that little hiccup, I thought the whole experience of shopping and buying products went really well. I liked how easy it was to navigate the site and complete my transactions.

Oh my gosh, the clothes are just adorable and really trendy! There are loads of different styles and colours to pick from, like sporty, classic, and casual. And the best part is that they're made from recycled materials, which is just amazing for the environment. I also really love that they offer delivery, it's so handy for me.
3 items ordered, received only 2
I ordered 3 things from this shop, but I only got 2 of them. What really got to me was that they didn't let me know what happened to the missing item. I didn't know if it was coming later or what. It made me feel annoyed and unhappy about the whole shopping thing.
