Multi-purpose tool for gardening maintenance
As someone who works in garden maintenance, I'm always looking for top-quality tools that can handle a lot of use. I recently bought an orbital sander from this company and it arrived pretty quickly. But when I checked it, I noticed that the sanding pads and instructions were not in the package. I contacted customer service through email and they sorted it out quickly to my liking. Even though there was a little problem at first, I've used the sander now and it's really good quality. I'm happy with how the customer service team helped me out and I want to say thanks for their quick support.
Outdoor two seat cover
I've been a customer of this place for years and I've always been impressed by the quality of their seat covers. So, when it was time to get a new one, I didn't hesitate to choose Von Haus. Their products are always so well-made and durable, never let me down. I'm sure this new cover will last a long time. Even though I haven't tried it out yet, I'm pretty confident it will be great as the seasons come and go.
"Missing delivery"
I want to express my extreme disappointment with the service I've had from this company. I still haven't got my order, even though they've asked me for feedback twice. I gave them the tracking number, but, unfortunately, my phone isn't working properly so I can't find the order number. The bank told me the payment went through, but I still haven't received my delivery. I'm not happy with the lack of communication and the fact they haven't fulfilled my order.
Three large items purchased

Grey garden seats
I recently got this really nice grey garden seat for my holiday home, and it's perfect for the beach! However, dude, it didn't come with any instructions, so it took us ages to assemble. I mean, seriously, why?! Anyway, after about 4 hours, we managed to figure it out, and now it's a really comfortable seat. So, all's well that ends well!

I was really impressed by the range of home decor stuff they had in this place. The prices were amazing, I felt like I was bagging a bargain on everything I got. The items were all top quality, you could tell they'd stand the test of time. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone after trendy home decor that won't break the bank.
My awesome LED lamp
The LED lamp I ordered didn't show up when it was meant to. I gave them a ring and got a refund for the delivery, but then they cancelled my order for some strange reason. I had to speak to my card provider to make sure I got all my money back. Definitely won't be shopping with them again.
Faulty hedge trimmer
The first hedge trimmer I got was faulty and didn't work properly. But the customer service team managed to swiftly and effectively replace it with a new one that works perfectly. I'm really happy now with the hedge trimmer I've got.
Table and bench covers
I've just got myself a really nice round table cover and a bench cover. The material is really tough and the fit is spot on. And the grey colour goes perfectly with all my garden furniture. I'm well chuffed with the quality and the price was really reasonable too.
BBQ grill with adjustable coals and temperature gauge
This BBQ grill is fantastic! I really like how you can adjust the height of the coals easily and monitor the temperature using the gauge. We've used it for a few BBQs and everything has been delicious. It was straightforward to assemble too. I recommend getting a cover for it unless you have a garage to store it in.
Poles and outer cover
The poles and outer cover are really top quality, but there's a slight issue with the Velcro straps causing some small holes that might allow water to seep in. That's not very cool, guys!
Garden furniture purchase
I've bought some new garden furniture - chairs, cushions, and footstools. They're really top quality and everyone who's popped round has loved them. They've totally transformed our outdoor area, now it's a cozy and stylish spot to chill out in. Honestly couldn't be more pleased with our buy!
Dual BBQ
I bought a dual BBQ not long ago, but it arrived damaged and I couldn't use it. When I put it together, I realised that some parts were dented and others were missing. This meant that the lid wouldn't close properly and the thermometer couldn't fit because the holes were in the wrong place. It's been really annoying and has taken up a lot of my time, having to take it apart, pack it up again, and then wait for a courier to come and collect it for a refund. All in all, I was really disappointed with the quality of the product and the hassle it caused me.
Kitchen bin purchase
Ordering my new kitchen bin from this place was such a breeze, no stress at all! The website was so easy to use, and finding the exact product I needed was a doddle. The bin itself has been brilliant in my kitchen, doing exactly what I wanted it to do.
