Quick dispatch, good quality, stylish chairs, missing item replaced without hesitation
I ordered some things from Von Haus and they arrived really quickly. The chairs are great, they look cool and are really good quality. Unfortunately, one item got lost in the post but they were really quick to send me a replacement. It was so kind of them to do that!
20v impact wrench
Used it twice went to change the battery and the charger burned out, now brand new tool is useless waste of money, the company will not send or even sell me a new charger, do not buy from this company, absolute trash, tried emailing vonhaus and Domu said can’t help can’t supply new charger, what a complete sham do not deal with this company, don’t buy anything from this company,
Large TV unit
AVOID!!! Ordered a large piece over a month ago. Delivery said 3-5 days. It never arrived. They dont have a phone?? So I've been emailing ever since but no reply or refund at all. Its so bad I wanna give a zero but thats not possible so I give a 1. IT IS THEFT.
