Hey everyone, I'm really frustrated because I haven't received my refund from the company where I purchased a watch. They promised to give me my money back, but it's been ages and I still haven't seen it in my bank account. The company went bankrupt and now there's a new one with the same products but no liabilities. I suspect they're planning to keep all the valuable items and not fulfil their promise to refund us. I've been sending them emails and calling them repeatedly, but there has been no response or answer from their end. I'm extremely irritated about this situation!
Hamilton Khaki Auto Murph watch in smaller size, swapped for larger 42mm size
I bought a Hamilton Khaki Auto Murph watch in the smaller size from a dealer not long ago. When I tried it on, it felt a bit tight on my wrist, unfortunately. When I decided to exchange the watch for the larger 42mm size, he made the process quick and smooth. Sadly, I didn't receive any response from the customer service team. It's really disappointing when a company ignores their customers, particularly when it involves a promised discount. Repair service experience nightmare
The repair service I got from this shop was a complete nightmare. I sent my watch in for fixing back in September, and they kept telling me it had been sent to the manufacturer for a new bracelet. Then the store shut down, saying it was for renovations, but it turned out it had new owners. Both the store and the manufacturer were no help at all, leaving me completely clueless about my watch's status. It was like I'd lost my watch and the £530 I'd paid for the repair. It was really frustrating and disappointing, and I was left feeling very unhappy.

I ordered a watch a couple of days back and paid extra for next day delivery. Still haven't got my order though! Tried emailing them but no reply, and when I called, no one picked up! And guess what? The tracking number isn't even working! Frustrating!

Difficult refund process
Trying to get a refund from that shop was a nightmare. I spent months trying to get in touch with them - sending loads of emails and trying to call them, but no luck. In the end, I had to ask my credit card company to help me out because the shop just wouldn't reply. It's shocking how little they care about their customers. It's just not on.
